I dropped by to Estée Lauder at TANGS Orchard to purchase a few makeup products. Mazlin was extremely patient and professional when listening to my needs. She really made sure I had the right shade of foundation for my skin tone. For the application of makeup, she ensured hygiene was taken care by not “double dipping” to the tester set. I would highly recommend her if you are interested in purchasing the products. I ended up purchasing up to 4 different set of products. Thank you Mazlin!

I had a lot of worries about my skin these days. This store was near my house, so I went here after work. There, an employee named 'Lee' kindly took a look at my skin and recommended cosmetics that fit me well. When I used it at home, it was really moist and perfect for my skin. My friends are also telling me that their skin has improved these days, so I feel so good~~🥰🥰

Today , I visited Estee Lauder at Tangs Plaza outlet. I was greeted warmly by Mazlin who assisted me throughout my visit at their outlet . I told Ms Mazlin about my skin conditions and unsure about selecting the best skin product for my skin . She then recommended me Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex which is suitable for all skin types and best of all its has anti aging serum . She also advise on the usage and the frequency of use for this product. Honestly, Mazlin is equipped with Good product knowledge and she didn't push me to but the product. Her service is way beyond excellent and I believe she's the gem of your company . Please help me convey this message to Ms Mazlin that's she's the best !! Thank you !!

One of the best shopping experiences I have had is here at Estee Lauder tangs. Shout out to their staff Mazlin for being knowledgeable about her products. It’s like she has a Ph.D. in cosmetics. I know I asked a lot of questions but she’s very patient like my cat. Also, she looks like a cat which is a plus for me. Her knowledge of foundation tones is excellent. It’s hard to find the right tone for my skin coz I have a very dark almost charcoal black skin tone. Anyways, thank you for serving me.
