Impeccable customer service from Lionel & Patrick at MBS outlet. Found my favourite scent there and will likely try out the other scent slowly to see what else I like. Perfect for gifting too! Brought a perfume and portrait discovery scent for my friend’s birthday and absolutely loving it.

I was served by Yuki on my first day visiting this particular Penhaligon branch and she was absolutely fantastic with her service. She took the time to explain to me the stories behind each fragrance and l can just feel how passionate she was with the products she recommended to me. I did not purchase any perfume on my first visit as l needed time to consider my options. The next day (ie today), l went back and this time Wei Qi served me. I was greeted at arrival which was impressive. Again, not knowing that l was here the day before, Wei Qi took just as much time to introduce the Penhaligon perfumes and more stories behind the perfume. She understood my needs and the occasion l was purchasing the perfumes for and it was just one of the better shopping experiences l had in Singapore. I ended up purchasing 2 Portraits Perfumes and a body product at this branch because of the excellent service I received. Nothing is too much trouble and the gift wrapping was amazing. Both staff who served me were great and deserved to be recognised for their efforts.

Ms. Ayu deserves a thousand compliments. She was very attentive, friendly, pleasant and most importantly, SHE KNOWS her products. She was able to pick out scents for both my friend and i by just listening to our preferred profile/scent. Will say am impressed.

A niche high-end fragrance. Every bottle of perfume has its own story. Very special. Everyone can find their favorite flavor. The clerk is also very professional and will ask customers about their favorite flavors and make recommendations. Even if they try too many scents that confuse the test paper, they can still identify the perfume that corresponds to that scent. Many models are on sale recently. There are also body lotions and more. Very good deal.

The 19-year-old clerk is awesome! ! It was already time to take a rest, but they still welcomed us ~ bought a bottle of perfume and 3 sticks of body balm And he sent me samples very carefully! When I came back, I realized it was the flavor I liked and was hesitant to buy! ! ! 🤣🤣🤣
