M. T.A month late review, but a well-deserved one! Shoutout to Alyssa @ the Fresh booth inside Sephora Takashimaya! Don't think she works for Sephora, but the Fresh team that's located @ Sephora instead. Being a Gold member of Sephora, we get to enjoy a complimentary facial by Fresh during our birthday month. Though not like the facials with deep cleansing / pore extraction / laser treatments, this left me feeling pampered and hydrated. The experience was great, especially with Alyssa being super friendly & knowledgeable. She's great at what she does- despite being a Fresh user myself, she taught me new tips I never knew about. All in all, this is a brilliant collaboration between Sephora & Fresh, and hope more people get to experience this amazing session with a warm crew like Alyssa! Thank you!! 🥰
J. B.Took mum in to Sephora and was served by Eric from Takashimaya Sephora and Fang from Benefit. Both were brilliant! Mum is relatively unsure with makeup and they spent around 30-40mins with us taking us through different brands and products. Ask for them in store! Eric was especially patient and very knowledgable
K. G.Best customer service ever among all the Sephora outlets ;) I want to commend on 2 service staff in particular, Yanty and Eric. Both of them were super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t decide on which color eyeshadow I should go for, and they advised and waited for the fickle-minded me to come to a decision. They should be the service benchmark for Sephora! Thank you both of you! You guys made my evening an awesome one <3
F. Y.It's a classic Sephora, a girl's favourite shopping spot. The outlet here at Takashimaya is huge, occupying about 3-4 shops worth of space. They're located near the escalators, closer to the food side of the mall.
Brightly lid, the ambience is very welcoming. Cosmetic brands also make an effort to have booths and shelves here within Sephora. The unfortunate fact is that we don't have as many retail staff here in the Singapore outlets vs those in USA. That said, it's manageable if you know what you're looking for, vs being sold to.
J. M.Went to Sephora today to help mum buy some makeup. We were attended to by Yanty, who I am writing this review specifically for. She was really patient and compassionate. I don’t know much about makeup and mum knows even less, and Yanty made us both feel comfortable and helped us make informed purchases. Thank you so much!

K. H.Just wanted to leave a review for Denise who helped me w choosing a concealer at Taka!! I’m new to makeup and when I walked in to Sephora w my sister, we were just casually browsing around the Tarte counter. Denise came up and made us really comfortable right from the get-go with her genuine+honest advice and helpful tips.
There was also another guy manning the Anastasia booth that helped me and my sister out w our eyebrows, and in less 15mins he helped me draw amazing eyebrows and broke down every step in detail. Suuuuper helpful, wish I got his name too.
A good demo and salesperson rly goes a long way, will be back and will keep an eye out for them again if I wanna buy another product from these brands

T. T.This is a place for ladies who loved much. 95% customer is all woman. Especially make over and facet beauty. Everything is expensive due to quality and their reputated brand across the global especially Europe 🌍. As for guy I do recommend for skin and face products many to choose from. I only see male customer @perfume corner. One thing good about here while compare to others, they dare to shelf all their samples for your testing whether you buy or not. Many young teenager girls will come in to use the sample on many items and stay an hour or two without buying. There are lack of in-house security to walk around. I believe many small items can be easily pocketed and being theft. A busy boutique with rich woman around buying to make themselves look good.
C. T.Great service from Senior Advisor, Winnie at Takashimaya Sephora branch. I did not know that there were sample size complimentary items from NARS after spending minimum amount with them, but she went above and beyond to inform and get it for me (as she couldn’t find it initially by asking around when I made payment at the cashier).
Appreciated it as I felt she didn’t need to but she took the initiative, and first time I felt hospitality at this outlet.. like most other reviews, the retail staff sometimes look and feel quite unfriendly 😅

H. M.Its been years since i last did my brow waxing over at Benefit(Sephora Taka outlet) And here again with the same brow expert,Nurul. She did amazingly good job on my brows & never disappoints me. Definitely will come again every month to get my brow all in shape again. I love it😍
R.Thought it wasn't very nice that we were shopping for awhile with no help from service staff but then one saw us with a full basket and asked us if we could give their name card at the counter so they could get a commission.
