Never called their hotline before but attended this training called bas and it was a pretty helpful training on suicide nuts and bolts. the trainer Alex was so full of fun, passion, and knowledge. he somehow made a grim topic like suicide lighthearted without making fun or disrespecting it. I did cry abit then he took me aside what felt like a super short but nice therapy session. he held onto my emotional mess like no one in my life has ever done before

I would like to commend that Sandra who took my call was really helpful. She understands my issues and suggested solutions on how to deal with my fear and anxiety at work. I now feel more confident in going to work.
