Art therapy is a very impactful way to look into your subconscious and surface past issues/ traumas hindering your current life even if you are not aware of. It can even be used for adhoc issues like deciding a career change/ break. Solace Art Psychotherapy has been doing great in advocating art therapy. Buvi is a very effective therapist who helps clients refocus their life back to themselves and uncover ways to lead a happier life with ease. If you are looking for healing methods beyond counselling, give Solace Art a shot. You will not regret.

Extending my heartfelt thanks to Solace. The quality of work they do here is impactful, and I appreciate that the art therapists get support through supervision. My therapist was patient in working through my issues over a few months and was able to correctly highlight my strengths and gave me clarity on my blindspots. She also shared a couple of observations which I felt were rather spot on and I was glad I was in a better place emotionally to be able to receive them after processing some of my difficult issues with her. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommend Solace Art Psychotherapy. Attended a group session with a friend with one of the therapists Buvanesvari (Buvi). Buvi is an intuitive and skilled therapist. Just from the art activities that we engaged in the session, she was able to sense underlying issues and complexes. However she does not impose her own views and facilitated the emergence and encounter of deep, personal and even difficult experiences in the session in a compassionate, empathetic and collaborative manner. I felt very seen and heard, even though not much actual talking was done in the activities. Keep up the good work!

I attended Solace's “what is art therapy” dialogue session held in Jan. The dialogue session is perfect for someone who would like to know more about Art Therapy and experience what Art Therapy is like. It definitely did help to clear up the common misconception that people tend to have about art therapy, and it allowed hands on participation as well. Their office space is cosy and makes one feel safe and welcomed! I definitely enjoyed my session there, and would recommend anyone interested in Art Therapy to give Solace a go!
