Massive bus interchange. One of the biggest I've seen in Singapore. It's all indoors and the bus arrive at the doors. It is really difficult to tell which buses are leaving because there's a small rotating screen that may be difficult people to see with bad eyesight. There needs to be better signage on showing which buses are leaving. The interchange is also a little bit dark. I wish they could brighten up the place

Went to this mall for 4 consecutive days to get a bus way back to the place we stay in marine drive. The whole place is well maintained and kept clean. Love the orderly upon queuing which allows you to sit while waiting for the bus.

Crowded most of the time, lots of senior citizen hanging out, used to have cheap eateries, but now many are no more due to pandemic. It's one of the best bus terminal which is fully air-conditioned and generally very clean.

2 September 2020 after Ten.This bus Interchange is conveniently located near a Hawker Centre and a mini mall like Toa Payoh Bus Interchange.The food stalls closes early but there are several other options like restaurants and fast food joints.Don't be afraid to explore the nearby shops full of surprises.Like all new air conditioned,bus Interchanges,it's small and sometimes passengers may get lost.Look out for passing buses like Service 28,137 and many more,near the main road that don't stop at the bus interchange.

Air-conditioning, friendly, n helpful staff. Even the publics are able to assist you. it's in the proximmity of a mall, opposite of it is an hawker center. There're a variety of mouth wateeing dishe. It'll be a memory thats6 worth keeping.

Spacious and relatively clean. Signboards and bus schedules are helpful and well placed. A bit too dim for my liking.

Good: It's air-conditioned and convenient. Bad: (1) Sometimes it takes a long time for my bus to reach the alighting berth, due to a multiple traffic lights outside the interchange and long lines of buses waiting to enter the interchange at peak hour. (2) The berth arrangement doesn't make sense for some bus services. For example, 66 and 228 are a few berths apart even though their routes overlaps for 5km. Similarly for 60 and 87. 35/35M usually has no queues or short queues as passengers can board it at the stop along the main road, but it occupies a berth near the entrance.

Excellent bus interchange, it has air conditioning (only a few Bus interchanges has air conditioning as of 2020) which makes a bus wait less draining for your body.There are multiple food shops that sell 2 dollar meals and bread, it even has a famous cold beancurd outlet there. Plus, it is a 1 minute walk from the arrival area to bedok mall (Note:Bedok mall is just below the interchange)

Ticketing office start at 10 am. Younger lady so machine didn't breakdown. Nice place, quite connected except the ticketing office. Machine always break down so technologically quite backwards, my presumption.

They have a new beauty shop selling Asian products from Malaysia, Thailand etc. Convenient, has a mini mart, a shop that sells Asian snacks, a shop that sells economical noodles and rice and a bakery at the far end of the interchange.

SBS Transit Ltd. (bedok Interchge) bus terminal is located in Bedok North Shopping Center. There is Bedok Food Center nearby. Many shops and eateries. Cinema. bank. Fast food restaurant. entertainment venues. clothing store. Supermarkets and coffee shops. There is NTUC in the shopping mall and Sheng Siong Supermarket. The food center has a variety of gourmet dishes. Branded. There are famous and ordinary chefs operating here. There is a big brand 216 Food Center and a market within a short walk nearby. post Office. Nearby opposite the bus terminal is a dual carriageway and a metro station. This bus terminal is SBS Transit Ltd which is Bedok Interchange Station. There are many local interchange stations for different bus journeys. Such as Pasir Ris. Woodlands. changi. Wait. There were a lot of people coming and going. This bus terminal is a high-rise residential building. The ground level is a bus interchange. The basement level is Bedok Plaza. bedok Mall.B1/B2 has snack bars and supermarkets. Many shops are open.

Bedok Bus Interchange is a very busy interchange with well-developed transportation. There are buses to Tampinni, Simei, Pasir Ris, Eunos, Kengwangan, Aljunied, Siu Po, and Taipei. There are buses from Po and other places to Toa Payoh, Jurong, etc., and there are some small food shops in the corridor of the bus interchange station, which is a good place to go.

Mass scale bus interchange, a lot of buses turnover every minute. If em not overstating there is bus coming in or out ever 3 to 5 seconds. AC is good, always being cleaned by dedicated staff, still a lot of people leave empty cans n garbage on way or on benches, seen people eating sandwiches while in the queue, however it is not advisable. Well for the architecture it is a marvel, bus going in n coming out of different gates while in same building you will luxury flats above. So it's a bus depot below the apartment building. Nevertheless, at the basement if same venue there lies a mall full of activities and shops yet clean. Way out of Bus interchange you can find dozen of food outlets n stores leading towards the MRT stations that makes it a duo point. A must visit place for tourists Visiting Singapore.

Thankful for the bedok interchange service, lost my AirPod and there’s a staff called Iddin there who helped me to coordinate with the bus drivers to find the AirPod. Singapore’s public transportation service is really very good, something we shouldn’t be complacent or complaining about. Thank you so much ☺️
