H.We experienced a commendable bus service and decent drivers with Eltabina Express. Recently, my father and sister traveled from Singapore to Malaysia with this company. Unfortunately, my father left his phone on the bus. We were concerned that we might not be able to retrieve it. However, upon contacting the Eltabina Express agency in Singapore, they responded promptly and liaised with the bus driver on our behalf. We are particularly grateful to the driver, Mr. Rahim, who waited for us at TBS to return the phone. Thank you, Eltabina Express, for your outstanding service.
L.Travelled with them on 28th July 2024. Contrary to the other reviews, I think it was a great experience. We got a double decker bus, and the seats were really comfortable. Managed to get a good sleep on it. Driving was fairly smooth as well, so no complaints there.
For stops along the way, the driver made a stop at Yong Peng where there were toilets and snacks for everyone to use and purchase.
Overall, we had a good experience with Eltabina, and I can recommend this to others who are considering!

I would like to compliment bus driver - Mr Zambri.
What happened was my mother dropped her passport inside the bus when reach MY imigration, we totally lost when this incident. Surprisingly Mr Zambri carry passport all the way to my mothers hand for immigration process smoothly.Despite I’m a regular passenger for Eltabina, but I really want to say thank you for his patient,professional & responsibly. Management should give him awards and he deserve it.

A.I took this coach from Singapore to Seremban and I must say they are quite reliable. The bus left on time and quite comfortable. About the jam I think it's out of control. Too many people working in Singapore these days. This tiny country is getting packed with people everywhere.
K. C.The GPS location for this place is wrong. The office is located at The Plaza behind Parkroyal Hotel, Beach Road. Go half an hour before departure time to get your bus ticket, snacks and mineral water.
The journey to TBS and Ansa Hotel, Bukit Bintang was very pleasant as the bus was new and clean. The bus arrived early and left on time. The bus driver was friendly, drove carefully and spoke Malay and English. Highly recommended.

S.With a price of 35 SGD for me it's not worth it, I only got a small bottle of mineral water, there was a TV that the driver couldn't use, in fact the driver's voice was loud all the way chatting with his friends. travel time is 6 hours from Singa K. Malay, finally I took a 500 plane from Malay K.
