I am here to sign up as grab food by van but the staff inside D3 just ask me do everything myself and tell me to go out. .I really don't know and I ask the security can help me ? He help me and guide me and my application being approved. This 5 stars is for the grab security not for the grab staff.
I would like to compliment Irfvan from customer service counter C6 for his professionalism. I had an issue with my Grab app and have went down 3 times but no one was able to resolve the issue. However he was patient to hear me out, was polite throughout the whole conversation and most importantly he was able to troubleshoot the issue.
I hope Grab will provide a recognition of excellence service award or something for him
So that that rest of the employees can follow suit of his outstanding work attitude 👍🏻

Very good place to rent car because the terms are fair and transparent. Staff are friendly and helpful when you need their help. Overall a good place to rent car.

Belinda and Dawn very helpful , both help me solve my problems . Michael very courtesy to me and my wife when I ask him question. Just want to high light one of the short hair middle age lady inside the C counter . She is not really helping me, I feel that she just entertain me and give empty promises and ask me go . Today I need to spend time come back again just because of she never do her job. Good thing I met Belinda and Dawn, both but effort to help me settled my problems , also Michael show us the smiley face make my day.
Very helpful security an very good customer service and polite, should upgrade him on his promotion.

From what I observe when i am in the Q. good and helpful security. Even very long Q but still willing to help driver with there issues at the door with smiling face

but the wait is very long ... about 2 hours

Being a new driver , was impressed by the service of this gentlemen Michael at the B1 to facilitate the inquiries, very helpful indeed
Left my iPad in the Grab car accidentally. Driver very kindly delivered it to Grab@Tampines, and while the wait for my q number was around 40 mins, the entire process of retrieving my lost item was very smooth.

The staff from sign up counter , her attitude not good. But the security guard uncle standing there more helpful, he really put effort to help me, grab have good security.
For so many years as a grab driver. Never encounter a security like him so helpful and really a big thank you to him for helping me to settled my problem at the counter. I thought he is grab staff but when he turn back I saw his t shirt with security wording on it. Really amazing.
Premise is posh. But need to improve on customer service. Counters are all managed by Generation Z staff. These staff are generally fast with computers but lack basic customer service skills. My observation was that they do not smile , no greetings and saying “Thank you” for the sake of the job. Nowadays, there is no genuine passion in providing Customer Service.
Booked appointment on today 1.30pm. Reached on 1.20pm and get the queue number on 1.32pm. Wait until 1.53pm then my turn. I am going to redeem my $20 voucher to get some gear. Want to redeem t-shirt with XL size. But only until my turn then know that the size is out of stock. Is totally wasted my time to go down and queue for the number and get the out of stock answer. If starting no stock, it can be show on when booking appointment or when taking the queue number or when reach the place that waiting. But totally don't have any signboard telling that XL size t-shirt no stock. You all know to get partner aide team for new update or change details. Why not add one more service for redeem the $20 gear voucher for t-shirt only? Move to Tampines already so far, still wasted time to went down for nothing. Really disappointed.
**Update : next day CS call me to explain to me why no stock. And the stock came next day and GE the t-shirt to me after finished call section. Thank you.
Today I came down to Grab office n was attended by security

Grab tampines is for drivers
Grab merchant is at one north.
Its just beside ikea tampines.
There is a short cut stairs going here. You will need to walk under the sun if you will follow the gps
Good. Not so crowded. May it still n some dont know about it. Big space. More counter. Free drink hot & cold. But MUSK make appointment before come. If by bus, must drop outside at Tampines Ave 10 and walk in
Trying to find the hotline to talk to grab, ended up only with a online chat platform, which is rather frustrating. It's with regards to a friendly driver who accidentally left out my old sentimental water bottle while taking my luggage out, but they just keep saying driver says can't be found, and if I want to, I should lodge a police report... 3 times through chat, and 1 time through call. Just wanted to check with driver personally again, but they say it's pdpa issue.
Luckily driver passed my bottle over to Tampines side (so what's with "driver says it's lost?). Anyway the process upon arrival was fast, and the collection requirement was rather logical.
Should have written in the email that we need to bring an IC as well, and to prepare the email stating that we will need to show the email saying it's at Tampines.
Overall, am glad it ended.
Remote to reach. Lost and found office of grab. Helped me getting back my phone.

Security is very helpful and his service was excellent. Very patient help me settle my problem by helping me write to help centre which I don't know how to sumit requests.

The reception counter malay staff is very rude, ask me to learn how to do myself, lf I know , I no need to come all the way from so far to ask for help .
Security is very helpful for the change of relief car number, otherwise it will take me queue for 65 pax infront of me.

The security service is very good. I think grab’s security is very intimidating.
I don’t know English and can’t fill out the form. I asked Grab’s security guard to help me fill it out. This was the second time he helped me. I'm really grateful to him.
