Like all the other users, I can attest to the amazing experience with the team at iFactory Asia. They are not only fast and responsive, they are also friendly and honest. I wish there are more companies like them.
My daughter has a Muzen (Light Blue) which we bought in 2020 and recent the casing due to the humidity in Singapore started to peel. I was blessed that the service team at iFactory was able to go through their warehouse and find me a few pieces where I can purchase.
I went down and I was in and out in under 5mins. Amazing!
My daughter could not happier when I brought home the new case last evening.

Got my shokz headphones replaced in a few minutes. Only presented the warranty card and no questions asked. Very nice service.

Had an issue with my Shokz Openfit as the case is not charging thus my earpiece can't be charged.
Made a call to iFactory Asia and was attended by Cecilia. Superb correspondence. Made me feel that they are willing to listen and provide solutions. On appointment day, Mr Lim attended to me and troubleshoot my faulty OpenFit. He was very professional about it and once he verified the issue, a brand new sealed set was replaced for me.

A great place to buy your Shokz bone conduction earpiece if you want to get it from here, after all you will have to bring it back here for warranty claims and their price is the best.

Very good warranty service! Made an appointment, went there and was exchanged with a brand new openrun shokz. Previous one was rarely used and less than a year, the power button is not responsive. New one was exchanged but warranty still the same as the first purchased date.
My shokz openrun had an issue. Applied for warranty through their website and my request was forwarded to iFactory, their local partner. Made an appointment online and headed over. Was impressed by how fuss-free it was. Staff looked over my set, saw the issue and immediately got a replacement for me. Also helped with filling up the form for the segments I was unsure about.

Fantastic experience with Shokz! I recently made a warranty claim for my Aeropex earpiece, and the process was smooth and fast. They promptly resolved my issue, and I'm extremely satisfied with their customer service. Highly recommend!
Great customer service. Mr Lim is very friendly and great customer service. I exchanged my faulty headphone in 5 minutes. Remember to book your appointment by calling them before heading down ( no walk-in customer ) as they need to make sure they have the readily stock for 1 to 1 exchange. Btw, my call was handled by a nice lady Ms Cecilia (not sure the spelling, hopefully I get it right!) which also helpful and friendly too!
Had a warranty repair matter and they were very quick to replace and even advised me on how to care for the product to avoid further inconveniences
