Two yrs ago, I have engage the service for my mother to TTSH. I remember the service is good. Now I engage the services to and fro from central region to NTF hospital for my hubby who has a fractured ankle This company is reliable and accountable as always punctual and reach destination safe and comfortably. Driver is friendly, and assisting me to push the wheelchair down a slope For the return trip, we notify the team once we complete the appointment, they still managed to come fast with 15 mins to fetch us Thumb up to the team

Today (16/01/24) Mr Philip (coordinator) placed a driver (SNM2948T) who is very good. The ride to n fro from SGH is comfortable n smooth for my Elderly mother on wheelchair with 2 caregivers (a helper n me). Mr Phillip himself help me in the booking yesterday n answered my enquiries. Thanks you.

Philip is very accommodating and helpful. He was very patient and kind, when addressing our concerns and answering our questions. I followed my Dad on one return trip, and was impressed by how careful the driver was. He took all speed bumps gently, which I thought was really considerate. I would recommend their service, for those who have a need for wheelchair access transport.

Excellent wheelchair transport service by Philip and team. Highly flexible and accomodating to last minute requests and changes. We have been using them since Apr 2023. No plans to change even though they may not be the cheapest in the market.

Used the transport service often for my mother during various visits to the hospital. Philip and his team were always professional and efficient in the delivery of the service, flexible when unexpected issues cropped up, careful & caring to make sure my mother was comfortable and safe. Excellent service. Punctual and caring. My pick up point is within a carpark and I am not aware that is too low for the Vehicle to pass thru. The caring driver came looking for us after parking somewhere near by.I think min 2.4m is needed for the van to pass.

Wheelchairmaxi is a good choice for transporting a loved one safely. I have used them since Dec 2021 an average of 3-4 times per month. At first I looked for low price. Then I realized there are other factors to consider such as safe environment, safe driving, reliability, flexibility, cleanliness and professionalism. Safe environment - My loved one is quite tall. The vans used by Wheelchairmaxi and their network of partners have high clearance above the head to ensure safety when entering and traveling in the vehicle. Safe driving - wheelchair maxi drivers and their partners always remember they are transporting medically challenged passengers and always drive carefully. Reliability- Wheelchairmaxi drivers are always prompt and dependable. Flexibility- Wheelchairmaxi understands that sometimes circumstances change and they do their best to adjust to your needs within reason. Cleanliness - Wheelchairmaxi and their network partners' vans are always clean and tidy. Professional - Wheelchair maxi and their partners are always professional and courteous. There may be cheaper options but Wheekchair Maxi really is good value for money. I recommend them without reservations. Note: I am not receiving any compensation for this review...
