Have my office in this building, and it's super-convenient to reach here by public transport. Also, there are multiple food options available nearby at Newton food court, NEA food court, Far East Plaza, Orchard etc.

Shiny office tower next to Newton station (exit on Scotts Road) and linked by covered walkway so you won't get wet even if it's raining. Sandwich Bar on the ground floor serving hot & cold drinks and light snacks. For something more substantial you may want to cross over to Newton Food Centre.

Building is kind of old but location is quite accessible. Will be perfect if they don't request vendors to use the service lift as it is a hassle. Just my personal opinion.

Korean embassy. Next to Newton MRT Sheraton Towers Newton hawker centre. Plenty of shopping banking entertainments. MRT link to Orchard for upscale shopping & Novena for Traditional Eateries.
