Established in 1948 by a group of Hainanese from Lehui County (乐会县) and Qiongdong County (琼东县). They rented 41 Beach Road 3rd floor to support its primary function which is to provide basic lodging to seafarers and single from the countries. They shifted to current location in Nov 2011.
