I recently revisited Sultan Plaza, where I used to have an office several years ago, and was pleasantly surprised by the transformation the building has undergone. Situated near Singapore's Central Business District (CBD) and the vibrant Arab Street, this area is known for its bustling energy and commercial activity. However, what caught my attention this time was the remarkable improvement in the building’s overall cleanliness and maintenance. The changes at Sultan Plaza are truly commendable. The lifts and escalators, which were previously in need of attention, are now spotless, and the walls and common areas gleam with a new sense of care. One of the most striking improvements was the state of the restrooms, which now feel like they belong in a brand-new mall rather than an older commercial building. The entire atmosphere is cleaner and more professional, creating a more inviting environment for both tenants and visitors. What’s even more impressive is the dedication of the cleaning service provider, (Evergreen Refuse Disposal & Cleaning Services) the company appointed by Smart Property Management. Their work is clearly visible in every corner of the building, from the pristine floors to the impeccably maintained restrooms. The attention to detail is evident, and it’s clear that their efforts have played a key role in enhancing the overall experience at Sultan Plaza. Thumbs up to Smart Property (Prescillia) for investing in its upkeep and choosing a reliable service provider (Evergreen Refuse Disposal & Cleaning Services to ensure that it remains a well-maintained and welcoming space. The transformation has made this building a standout in the area, and it’s a great example of how proper maintenance can breathe new life into a commercial property. 👍👍👍

I have visited this building (Sultan Plaza) on several occasions and have been consistently impressed with the high standard of maintenance. I would appreciate the Complex Manager Ms Precilia Wong for her dedication & performance and the team ,security team and cleaning teams are highly trained and experienced, and their dedication to their work is evident in the immaculate condition of the building. I would like to express my appreciation for their continued efforts in maintaining such a professional and welcoming environment.

My family and I recently went to Sultan Plaza. The toilets are so much clean and smell fresh since the new cleaning company Evergreen taking over. The management team also actively did their job in maintaining its operation.

We had a wonderful experience at Duchess Residence, and a lot of it is thanks to the fantastic management. Michael, the property manager, has been exceptionally kind and attentive. He always addressed any issues promptly and ensured that the property was well maintained throughout our stay. The friendly and helpful demeanor of the guards and cleaning personnel made living here even more pleasant. They were always available for any questions or assistance we needed. Overall, our time at Duchess Residence has been great, and we truly appreciated the excellent service.

I have been at Lush since it was built and have to say that management under Mr Mohan has been the best thus far. The landscaping and infrastructure has been improved and taken care of meticulously, and the cleanliness level of the whole condo, as well as servicing of the facilities and private lifts has been of a higher standard too. What I love, in particular, is how approachable he is and how easy he is to get in contact with. He replies and attends to queries extremely quick and efficiently. He is very friendly, approachable, and a joy to see around! His passion for the job shines through in the little details and makes residing at Lush a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

The place is very nice, the security officers is very hard working and the are polite. The security officer day & night smartly dress. The cleaner is also hard working and they are helpful when we need them to clean eg toilet again. Seen them sweeping the whole carpark area. The food stall the area really hygiene and they clean up the table after eating. Overall I give them 5 stars.

Catherine, officer also brought us to the sample wall before the paint work starts. Alvin, technician is always busy tackling with blown bulbs even going by foot floor to floor. I m in good hands.

As a resident of Lush, I am pleased with the estate management under Mr Mohan (who makes for a refreshing departure from the previous slovenly estate manager). Under Mr Mohan's charge, there have been notable improvements in landscaping, facilities maintenance and overall cleanliness, despite changes in appointed vendors. Mr Mohan's proactive approach and affable nature truly set him apart. He is prompt in addressing and responding to concerns, and has a keen eye for detail, a skill honed from his military experience. He also patrols the ground regularly and actively engages with residents to ensure we are well-informed about estate events and feel genuinely cared for. Mia, who oversees Iridium Condo has been super responsive to residents' feedback. For example, the unhygienic droppings at poolside was handled promptly, the air conditioner and treadmill in the gym that constantly broke down were replaced, and the lift buttons were put right. I believe Mia has gone the extra mile to seek approval for such solutions and I really appreciate Mia's responsiveness.

Sultan plaza is a nice place with convenient places to go around like food , Atms. But tbr toliet at the 5th level is not very clean like before it's very dirty even after they clean now maybe can improve on that other then that the secuirty officers are good and well trained and always very alert and tye other vendors around are good and friendly.
