E. Y.I’ve enjoyed every minute of my classes at The Movement Studio! The instructors are lively and engaging, and the classes are welcoming to people of all shapes and sizes. Modifications are always given and we’re always encouraged to listen to our body. At the same time, we’re always gently being encouraged to push past our comfort zone. I always leave class feeling happy and rejuvenated.
M. L.I really enjoy the ballet and stretch classes here!!! Have been to a couple other places before but they were quite intimidating since I don't have any ballet background. Love that the instructors are very encouraging and tailor the exercises to suit each student's ability. Will continue coming!!!
