Efficient booking. I am seen by the doctor according to my schedule unlike other dental places. The doctor also explains to me the pros and cons of my tooth extraction. The Xray is also way better than the other X-ray i had with other dental place. Day after my extraction there is a simple survey to check on my condition which is a plus. Would recommend to go to this place and probably will be coming back here instead ☺️

My husband was planning to get an implant, and Ms Lim Min has been extremely efficient in handling all of my inquiries promptly. She clearly explained the procedure in detail, including the pricing and provided a thorough comparison of the pros and cons of both dentures and implants. Her clarity have been very helpful and appointment has vren booked under Dr. Ashley.

It's a great experience with Dr Ho Kee Wen for my little boy, for his first time ever dental visit :) The room is clean and no waiting time needed, though we arrived slightly earlier. (perhaps they are still picking up customers). Dr Ho is very kind to accommodate the "no-experience customer", erased my worry if my son would acquire "dental-care anxiety" when bad experience happens. Dr Ho also shared a lot of tips to keep up the dental hygiene, and thanks for his lovely hand-made balloon. Deserved a 5-stars.

Drs are very nice and professional. Dr Ma did my cracked tooth fixed with a perm crown but lab didn’t do a good job. So transferred me to senior dr cai. Dr cai is very good. Fixed everything in 2 appointments. Both doctors are perm in this dental clinic. But they don’t have some facilities so have to go over to another clinic for microscopic procedures. Admin staff are nice and patience also.

I was there last week and overall had a great experience! I personally do not like visiting the dentist (heh you should do it twice a year by the way), nonetheless Dr. Colin and the attending nurse were very professional made the experience a pleasant one! The staff at the counter were courteous and jovial, and that probably helped calm the butterflies in my stomach? I went in with a fractured tooth and came out with my mended tooth looking better than before lol Totally no discomfort throughout the entire process, and for someone who (again) dislikes dentist visits, this is one place that won't leave you with bad memories!
