I have mega high anxiety about dental visits til I think I might have freaked out the dentist on duty that day. She was really careful and was trying to go as fast as she could. I think she probably sees that im gonna have a panic attack soon. Didn't really get to say thank you cause I just had to leave the room really fast. Really nice dentist, didn't get her name though.

She explained the procedure and constantly checking to ensure that I don't feel any pain or discomfort. The receptionist, Shakinah is also very warm and friendly. A really wonderful experience! :) Dr. Candy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. She took me through my wisdom tooth surgery before and after to ensure that I was educated on the procedure, and reassured me throughout the process as I was previously worried about the pain. Her assistant, Deena, was also very encouraging and friendly. Highly recommended! :)

6 stars to Dr Ding, the dental assistants, and office assistants! Dr. Ding has a profound understanding of my complex dental health issues, did a thorough yet gentle cleaning and scaling. Excellent bedside manners. Also good at monitoring dental health. Very professional and competent!

It was my first time visiting this clinic for dental cleaning and Dr C.J Cai attended to me. Out of all the dental cleanings I have done, this was the fastest. I liked that he was gentle with my teeth however I can't help feeling that my teeth were not thoroughly cleaned which felt like I wasted my money there. The whole process (from consultation to dental cleaning) felt rushed and I didn't enjoy it. It would be good to look into this matter as I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. Doubt I will be back again.

Got my wisdom tooth removed today by Dr Ashley. She made the procedure really painless and a quick one as well. The receptionists also makes the customers felt like they were at home, very warm and bubbly. Highly recommended!

Great experience from start to end. Make an appointment online and they'll return with a call to find an appropriate time slot. Staff were all quick, professional, and friendly. Dr. Wong even made the added effort to demonstrate proper flossing technique 👍🏻. Scaling and polish cost $100 on my visit which I feel is very reasonable.

2nd visit here and dr chu is very smooth and steady w the procedures. My anxiety went to zero. The staff and receptionist is very friendly and kind too!

The customer service was outstanding and receptive, Dr. Chu was able to keep me calm and constantly inform me what's going on during my surgery so I wasn't too scared. I felt like I was in good hands. :)

Searched on google for a dental clinic near my house and this came up in the search and had many good reviews. Booked an appointment for my wisdom tooth problem immediately. The receptionist was very friendly, explained the procedures and helped with the X-ray scan. Dr Candy was friendly too. She explained my teeth X-ray and suggested some options about my wisdom tooth problems. Even explained about the costs of the surgery and what she will do during the tooth extraction.

I just have a dental check due to a tooth infection. Dr Ding is very attentive and care for my feeling. She explains to me the options available to fit my tooth. I'm very impressed with her professionalism and caring. The staff are very helpful by getting me slot for the dental check at very short notice. Overall very pleasant experiences for my 1st visit and look forward my 2nd visit with Dr Ding at end of Aug.

My favourite dentist so far. Gentle, friendly and good advisor. I didnt know the doctor's name though but he is good. Even the assistant there is good too. I always go here twice a year. Keep up the great customer service! 😁

Son was complaining of major pain in his tooth, so rushed him to Advanced Dental Clinic (Rivervale). Someone had cancelled earlier so we were lucky enough to take over the slot. Overall experience was positive for my son as the dentist (Dr Ng) was really good and patient with my son. He was friendly enough to make it a little less scary for a 5 year old as well. In the end the procedure was quick and not as painful as we had feared. My son felt much better after everything was done. Also special shoutout to the clinic front of house admin, Jacqueline who was super nice and friendly and gave us some sample toothpaste to try out at home! Cost, atmosphere and overall service was pretty satisfactory that i wouldn't mind going back for my own dental checkup.

Going to the dentist is always scary for me. Even till now at 29 I'm terrified. But I can sense that they do try to comfort you. Dr Chua was my attending. And it was quick. I’ve been to many dental clinics and I’d say this is one of the best so far. What strikes me the most was how helpful the staffs were. I remember calling them multiple times about my wisdom tooth pain. And each time I called, the staffs were so patient and friendly. They often gave me detailed advice on how to care for my wisdom tooth, even before seeing any of their dentists. I would like to complement Dr Matthew Sng, Jacqueline, Chole, Lily, and Constance for their professionalism and compassion. All of them has been very kind and friendly towards me. Particularly, when I was freezing during the surgery, they provided me with a “blanket”. Likewise, they comforted and reassured me throughout surgery, and answered any questions I have regarding my teeth. This was my first ever dental surgery, and it has gone so smoothly. I’d definitely highly recommend anyone looking for dental care to come in and try for themselves. To the Advanced Dental team at Sengkang, y’all have been the best, the kindest and the most compassionate! Thank you :)

My mother was complaining about toothache for couple of days so we visit advanced dental which nearest to our place. As the front desk lady told us today appointment was fully booked however she note down our contact number for waiting list. Fortunately 30mins later she call us back due to a last minute cancellation. The dentist solved her toothache with an extraction and the whole procedure was so smooth and professional. Previously I had a teeth filling here for a chipped front tooth and it fall off after 2weeks. The same thing happened 2weeks back, which is only one and the half month after the replacement filling. It fell off again while I was just doing some desk bound work. The thing is I had the filling twice in a polyclinic and they lasted me 1year+ and 2years+ respectively. I can't compare and can't go back to polyclinic since I'm a busy working adult now. I'm paying a premium here as their rates are not exactly affordable, I thought the service would be better. Not expecting a free replacement since it's more than a month and there's no guarantees. I have two or three tooth decays from my previous check and I'm hoping I can get it done along with my replacement filling done complimentary. I reached out to them, the chain's WhatsApp person was prompt to reply but there's no reply it has been 2weeks since. They could have at least called back.

My dentist retired and it took me quite a while to find a trusted and reliable dental care clinic. Though sited in SengKang Rivervale Mall, the travel was worth it for me. They offer great dental care services, videos on what various dental procedures are like and what are they meant for to better educate their patients. Also, the chirpy nurses do lighten up the anxiety associated with painful or tense or fearful anticipation of the dental procedures. Dr. Evelyn Khong is a very professional, dutiful, gentle-handed and meticulous dental surgeon. Highly recommended.
