M. T.My husband and I were seen by Dr Gisella Ng this morning for our annual dental check-up. Dr Gisella was very thorough in examining, scaling and polishing our teeth. She also took the time to carefully explain brushing and flossing techniques to us. We are very pleased with her services.
w.Doctor was great. She explained thoroughly about what she’s going to do and the surgery procedure. Kept checking up on me and making me feel comfortable. And the receptionist was awesome. She assisted to check for me the earliest date for my surgery appointment and asking whether if it’s ok. Overall, had a great and pleasant visit.

E. Z.I managed to get same day appointment! I was in great pain and managed to book am appointment on the same morning. The Dr was patience and give a throughly detail of the choices I have. The staff is friendly and nice too.
A. N.The staff here are really friendly. The receptionist called me twice before the appointment date to remind me about the appointment, which I'm thankful for. The dentist was very nice as well! Teeth didn't hurt during the extraction and cleaning. Would recommend!

L. E.Did my filling with Dr Chua Yi you , it is quite sensitive while doing the treatment , hence she advice to give me LA to release my stress , so surprised the injection have no pain and the whole process is comfortable.
Generally price is reasonable and environment is clean and relax .🙂

Throughout my whole scaling and polishing session I felt very taken care of by Dr Lim.
Prior to session, Dr Lim was very thorough and explained on the discomforts that I may feel during the session.
During the session I felt very reassured as Dr Lim checked in on me multiple times with her gentle “Are you okay”
After the session, she shared some advice as well, which I felt was adequate and necessary. Her assistant was very competent as well, as I felt zero discomfort during the session.
A pleasant dental checkup is what is needed to encourage one to go back for regular dental visits.
Y. L. T.First time here. Here to check out my wisdom tooth. Dr Sng is experienced and did a good and detailed job in explaining the X-Ray and my tooth condition. Didn't Not proceed with extraction as Dr gave options to wait a bit more as it's not big an issue or extract now. Not much pain during the cleaning and filing which I did. Will come back for service!

She was very clear in her explanations, and patiently clarified all my doubts for me. She was also extremely gentle during the procedure, allowing me to be very comfortable throughout. Never have I had such pain-and-sensitive-free dental visit before!
From my visit, it is evident that Dr Jacklyn prioritises her patient’s comfort above all. There is no doubt that she treats her patients sincerely with the goal of relieving them of any pain and also to improve their oral health.
To top it all off, the staff at the front desk was friendly and the clinic was really clean as well. Would highly recommend anybody to pay a visit to Dr Jacklyn Chu @ Advance Dental!

S.Dr Matthew Sng has been our family dentist for about a year. Introduce by a friend of ours he has helped me and my family with any dental problems. I have just completed putting on my braces for two years and I am completely satisfied and happy with the outcome. Advance dental is highly recommended for those needing dental services.

The staff knows that I'm living nearby Punggol and willing to accommodate and send over the retainer to Pasir Ris branch which is nearer to me as well!
