Went for my first appointment today for general cleaning and tooth sensitivity filling. It was really nice! You can tell Dr Chua is a really experienced dentist. 10/10!

I have been under the care of Dr Chua since 2018 when I sought treatment for my wisdom tooth. He not only did a superb job on it but was also very gentle and caring throughout the treatment process. He would explain clearly the procedures to reassure me before any major dental operations. The front staffs are nice and friendly too. Thanks so much, de Pacific!

Nurses are friendly and professional. I had a tooth decay and was attended by Dr Bran Chan. Soft spoken doctor, always reassuring that its going to be okay and explaining the procedure to make me understand. During extraction, Dr Bran will make sure I am comfortable throughout the whole procedure by asking “all ok? Any pain”. Well done Doctor. And his nurses assisting him as well. Definitely a thumbs up. Been going to this branch probably since 2018/2019. The staff are polite, professional, friendly & know how to accommodate to their patients' queries & requirements. The dentist I see, Dr Chua, for my invisalign and regular cleaning & gum treatments - superb 👍👍👍. I also recommended a friend to him so that my friend could benefit from his care. Came for my appointment of cleaning & polishing. It was a professional and pleasant experience done by Dr Jasmin Ng. (Thank you for the dental advices on flossing too!) From the walk-in to out, the entire process was very cordial. Previously visited via walk-in for an urgent check on my tooth which was a delightful experience for me. Friendly counter staffs, dentists and nurses. Had wisdom tooth surgery done by Dr Chua. He is patient in explaining procedures. Actual procedure was smooth and quick. Had cleaning and filling done by Dr Jasmine. She is gentle with ‘the work’. Not the cheapest but i don’t mind paying a little bit more for the good service.

Dr. Rachel Yap has been seeing me for years and is the only dentist I trust. She is attentive and would adjust the session to make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. Beside the soft skills, her fillings are immaculate. I had fillings done on my front teeth and they match my natural teeth so nicely. The team at de Pacific is responsive and knowledgeable. I’m glad I can contact them via WhatsApp which helps arranging for an appointment more convenient.

The best experience I’ve had comparing to all other dental clinics i had visited previously. Doctor Chua listens to my concerns on my dental issues and planned everything out well regards to my current condition. I definitely had a painless tooth extraction. Doctor Chua was calm during the extraction. Kudos to the nurse too. She was there to always help calm me down during the extraction. And not forgetting the front of office staff who has been very welcoming and polite. 2 call reminders prior to your appointment date is something great! I will definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone who wants to experience painless dental procedure and great customer service. Keep up the great job team!

Been a patient for many years Dr Angela Khoo is always so gentle and meticulous during my scaling and polishing sessions. She is really patient and puts yr concerns at ease with her comforting explanations The front desk staff are kind and helpful. During my cleaning, the dental assistant did a solid suctioning, shifting the saliva ejector and the high vac to make sure water isn’t pooling up. It’s the extra effort taken that makes the experience lovely :) The whole dental team is very friendly and it is always a great experience getting my teeth cleaned!

Most people do not like visiting the dentist, but I always liked it because I can always expect the best service from De Pacific Dental Jurong West. When I do visit I always request for Dr Chua for my scaling & polishing and without fail he makes me feel comfortable and does it without any pain. Today I removed my wisdom tooth which required surgery, not only did Dr Chua removed it in 20 mins, the entire process from explanation to the after care made me feel well taken care of. Not to mention I was shaking so much as I was so anxious and nervous, so as per his suggestion I took the recommended medication before the surgery which the staff were so amazing they made me milo, gave me warm water and biscuit to have my medicine with. When I laid onto the dental chair they gave me a pillow and stressed ball to grip. It was by far the best wisdom tooth surgery experience I’ve had. The assistant kept giving me assurance whilst I was whimpering it was very comforting to be honest and I needed that to distract me from the sound of drilling and cracking of my tooth. The entirety of the process made me so comfortable and that’s why I’ll keep visiting De Pacific Dental Jurong West.

Visited Dr. Andrew Lim for a check up and cleaning, and had an experience better than expected! I'm one who fears going to the dentist, but my visit to Dr. Andrew Lim had changed that. He was very gentle, and thorough. He took pictures of my teeth and explained the state of health of my teeth (which is not a service commonly offered at a normal check up / cleaning visit). I also appreciate that he took the time to demonstrate to me on how to floss - which made me realise that I've been doing it wrong all these years and there's a more convenient way to hold the floss! The support staff were also very approachable and helpful. A great experience at de Pacific Dental, and I would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Andrew Lim.
