I’ve always been afraid of the dentist since young. After the other dentist didn’t picked up my call, and my parents introduced me to Dr Rachel Yap it was the best experience. I manage to do the deep gum cleaning with ease and without worrying about anything. I also did my fillings with the clinic as well and they have been really patient with all my queries and worries! They were really very patient with me as someone who hated being or going to the dentist. Kudos to the doctors and nurses for being so patient and explaining the steps or what they were going to do next. I really recommend this clinic 👍🏻

Great service and clear information given. Dr Syazwan explained the cause and effect of the different habits in my life and answered my questions on teeth whitening. Decided to book an appt with this dental clinic after seeing the reviews. And alas! It really didnt disappoint. I rarely leave feedback about clinics but i think this dental clinic deserves one! I called on fri pm to check when is the next avail. Receptionist was friendly and asked some details and whether do i have any dentist preference. I said no since it was my 1st time and any dentist will do. Offered me an appt the next day! Went for the appt and verification was quick. Receptionists are friendly! Was called in after few mins. I was attended by this dental asst and Dr Syazwan. I would say the experience was seamless and great! Dr Syazwan was very detailed in explaining, gentle and ensure ill be comfortable. Dr. Tan Wen Li by far the best dentist I have ever been to!! She and her staff were very professional and super nice. Highly recommended! Dr Rachel is the dentist for my entire family! She has changed the way we view scary dental appointments. She would patiently explain to me clearly every step of the procedure that she is doing, ensuring and checking if I feel comfortable along the way. She remembers her patients, greets us by name with a big smile before every appointment and is very experienced and skilled! Not forgetting the very polite and smiley front counter staff and assistant nurses too, ringing us up and texting us as reminders on our appointments dates is always extra helpful. Visited my 1st Dentist in years. From the time I first entered the de Pacific Dental until I left, I was attended by professional polite staffs. My dentist was Dr Tan Wen Li and she was attentive, polite, careful and professional. Needles to say being poke in the mouth was unpleasant eerrr painful to some extent but bearable. Dr Tan Wen Li was attentive and talked through the process and I understood what was happening and felt well taken care under her delicate hands. Hope your dentist visit is just as good. 😁

Did my wisdom tooth extraction with Ms rachel, shes so attentive and detail on everything. She make sure u feel e most comfortable during the process. I feel almost like no pain at all during the wisdom tooth surgery my swelling is minimum and i dont have fever at all. E after effect of the pain also managable. Very well done Ms rachel! Took my mom to the Pasir Ris branch on 22 Jun and Dr Tan Wen Li was very patient and meticulous in adjusting my mom’s dentures. We had thought that we might need to get my mom a new set of dentures since she had not worn her current ones for a while and it was no longer fitting well. But Dr Tan was pragmatic and took into account factors that were causing my mom for not wearing her dentures as regularly as she should and suggested adjusting the fit for her current ones so that she can first get used to wearing dentures instead of making new set. She also gave some practical and sensible follow-up suggestions on my mom’s remaining teeth. My mom was elated when her dentures fit and wouldn’t stop talking on the ride home. Priceless! Thank you Dr Tan for making my mom’s daunting dental experience painless and for giving her smile back. My mom’s only wish though is that the clinic entrance had a ramp for an easier wheelchair accessibility.

Excellent service by Dr Prash. Dad had a bad toothache and had to dealth with promptly. The admins were very through in their pre case assessment and Dr Prash saw my dad cause of the immense pain during his dinner break. Highly recommend this clinic. I chose this clinic because of all the positive reviews and i am very satisfied and happy with the treatment i've received from Dr Alex Yan and his assistant. I had bad wisdom toothache since 2017 and i managed to get it removed at this clinic recently. Dr Alex Yan is friendly & soft-spoken, We did an xray of my teeth and he explained to me carefully & slowly to makesure i understand everything. Surprisingly after removing my wisdom tooth, i didn't experience any pain at all & i'm very happy about it. I will definitely bring my family here for their annual dental checkup.

Made appointment for my mother on Friday, and got an appointment on Saturday morning. Almost no waiting time when we entered the clinic. My mother was seen by Dr Rachel, and was very meticulous and detailed about her work. Explained every problem that she found and gave recommendations for what procedure can be done. Explained the government subsidies for my mother as well. Consult and cleaning was done well, and was over quick. Overall, an excellent visit. Made another appointment to see Dr Rachel again. Highly recommended Dr Cindi Ho. She’s very thorough and make sure my teeth are in perfect condition. I had a stain for a long time, other dentist in the past told me to do a $700 cleaning on it but Dr Cindi did provide me with alternative that cost much less. No hardselling and sincere. I’ve had a very pleasant experience all this while with Dr Syazwan and his team :) I get timely reminders from the nice and friendly staff about my appointments at the right interval and I never have to wait too long whenever I’m at the clinic, be it to see Dr Syazwan or for payment. It’s amazing that Dr Syazwan goes the extra mile to remember his every patient—it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that he knows what I’m up to in life better than some of my uni batchmates! Friends and colleagues usually cringe when I mention my upcoming dental appointments, but visiting Dr Syazwan is nothing to be anxious or scared about because he tells me what we’re going to do before each step and checks in on me to ensure I’m not experiencing any discomfort throughout the procedure. I'm really happy with my dental treatment by Dr Prashanna, as he made my daughter and I feel very comfortable and safe when we got our teeth checked and cleaned. We both needed fillings done and Dr Prashanna was fast and efficient throughout the whole process. I was quite nervous but Dr assured me that it would be ok. When I needed a follow-up session to fix some minor parts, de Pacific scheduled me at the earliest available slot and Dr Prashanna only took 10 mins to do the necessary.
