Was served by Ms Michelle at the reception. She is also very polite and well versed in the grants and saving we are eligible for. The dentist is also very professional and detailed in explaining my bad tooth and ways to take care of it. Never knew dental care can be affordable and yet so professional.. Greatly recommended! 😊👍🏻

This is my second visit to NTUC Health Denticare in Choa Chu Kang and on both occasions, i was attended to by Dr Jeevan, a brilliant Dentist. I have always been scared of visiting  dental clinics.  As a patient of Dr Jeevan, i must say it was a pleasnt experience on both occasions. Firstly, he made me comfortable and walked me through the procedures he was going to do. He explained in detail and i was amazed by his knowledge and expertise. Secondly,  the procedures were done expertly that i didn't feel a thing. Dr Jeevan is an asset to NTUC Denticare  and while waiting at the reception i saw patients coming in and asking for Dr Jeevan only and i now know why. Keep it up Dr Jeevan. We need more Dentists like you.

2019: Did wisdom tooth surgery. Dr Jeevan was most reassuring, confident with steady hands, and with great bedside manners (sharing with me what he was doing every step of the way). The surgery was successful. The nurses and receptionist (Michelle) were most kind and helpful too. Thank you for a pleasant experience! Update: Feb 2024 I came to consult for my 2nd wisdom tooth removal. Again Dr Jeevan, recep Michelle and the nurse in the consultation room were friendly and efficient. Went to visit Dr Jeevan for a very complicated wisdom tooth extraction. Wisdom tooth was very near to the nerve at my jaw. Visited other dentist who never wanted to do this surgery as it was too risky. But Dr Jeevan gave me all the confidence that he could do it for me. When I looked at the before and after x-ray, I was so shocked at how clean and neat the extraction was done. He is so gentle and extremely skilful in how he handled this surgery. Was a very painless process after the anaesthesia was given. Within minutes the tooth was out. He really had a hard time with this surgery. It was really tough but he handled it so seamlessly. I’m so happy this won’t be a problem for me anymore. Thank you so much DR JEEVAN!

I am not a regular to Unity, however, I’ve never had anything to complain about. Dr. Jeevan is excellent! Very friendly and patient, gives a balanced opinion and doesn’t over-prescribe anything. He took time to explain the pros and cons of the approach he was considering reassuring me of his expertise. I’ve never had to wait too long for my appointments and all the staff are extremely warm and caring. The Receptionist (sorry can’t remember her name) is a gem.

I actually got to know about this clinic through Google search and decided to try it after reading all the reviews. Dr Jeevan is really helpful, humourous and very knowledgeable in his field. Dr. Jeevan, I think he has miracle hands! I had a bad toothache, I was told by my doctor that I had to have an extraction. I read Dr. Jeevan's reviews and visited him. Dr Jeevan is very experienced and he understands that I was afraid of the surgery procedure. He made things very easy for me. He was very efficient,polite and very knowledgeable. I didnt mind waiting 2 weeks to book an appointment with him as I had bad exp with another dentist just for consultation. However, the receptionist there was very very kind to slot me in within 1 to 2 days as I was having a very bad toothache. My spouse and I had always gone to this outlet and the receptionist, assistant nurse were all very kind and friendly. The nurse was also very helpful. Before the doctor arrived, we would tell her we are afraid and she would assure us that it is going to be fine. Overall, i would recommend this dr and place. I'd recommend this clinic (and their other branches). Visited them 3 times and both the receptionist and dentist (and his/her assistant) are really professional. Prices might be slightly higher as compared to Polyclinics. However, you wouldn't want to risk prolonged pain or complications, do you? Had a molar extracted, it was literally painless and the recovery was fast (due to proper checks and skills by the dentist). Due to their popularity, appointments can take a week or more thus do plan your schedule. If its an emergency, you may call them and they will try to fit you in to any slots from other branches.

Best Dental Clinic! Made an appointment to have wisdom tooth remove. But was in extreme pain due to infection and asked if they have earlier slot, they were very understanding and make arrangement to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Especially just after this Covid lockdown when most clinic are fully booked. Am pretty scared when I hear the equipment and especially the drill but my dentist and his assistant were super nice, they kept assuring me throughout the whole process and always check if I’m doing alright time to time. My first time visiting CCK Unity Denticare seeing Dr. Jeevan. One of my upper right molars was decay and he suggested to extract this decay tooth as well as the wisdom tooth as it was useless. i think he gave three Numb injection around my decay tooth. The needle was quite long but i hardly feel the pain during the injection. Then go to x-ray room to x-ray my mouth. After x-ray go back to the dental room and start to extract my decay tooth as well as the wisdom tooth. the whole process was fast and smooth. I don't feel pain at all. i think he had gave the right amount of numb injection and right time for the numb to take effect. I didn't look at my watch but i think the whole process took only 10 minutes. The nurse and receptionist were kind and helpful. i will go back again for wash-up next month.

The best doctor! Tooth extractions are great and not painful at all! Our whole family has dental appointments here! The front desk is the most meticulous front desk and always explains in detail! The nurse was also very gentle. Even though I was scared the first time I went there, she held my hand and encouraged me to make me feel at ease!
