Dr. Chin and his team are good. He educates on how important for us to take care of our teeth and the correct technique of brushing our teeth. Jenny and her team will notify and follow up with us promptly if there’s any changes to Dr. Chin’s schedule.

I have not much comments for the dentist - he seemed keen to get the job done. But the nurses and receptionist are the loveliest people - they go above and beyond to make sure you got whatever you need. I asked for a soft copy of my referral letter and X-ray day after my consultation and they didn’t waste time in sending it over.

Counter staff are very helpful. Dr Janelle is a really great dentist! Explains what she is doing very clearly and gives suggestions on how to improve. Cleaning was very gentle even on tough to reach areas of the mouth. Overall great experience.

It always have been a pleasant trip to the clinic. I was warmly welcomed by the reception and the registration was fuss-free with guidance. I was then escorted by the nurse to the doctor in the room. Doctor was also welcoming and checked whether I have any concerns before proceeding with the check up that I booked my appointment for. Overall, I was treated kindly by the staff. I will patron their clinic again even though I live far away.
