I’ve been a patient of iDental Clinic at Capital Tower since Jan 2024. My first visit was on Jan and second visit was on July 2024. So far I am fully satisfied with their service. The front desk support is accommodating. The dentist assigned to me is caring by asking if I everything is fine while doing the filling and polishing. The dentist has steady hands which makes the procedure more comfortable for me.

I feel the receiption staffs, doctor, Dr Tay Je Haw, and other staffs so friendly and helpful with sweet smile. I booked 6.30 pm however I was late for 10 minutes. Reception staffs who called me still in good manner to check whether I still coming? When I reached, reception staffs very sweet and smile to serve me. Doctor Tay also recommended how to prevent my teeth become more worsened. I dental at capital tower always my 1st choice. Glad Singapore have such nice dental, friendly doctors, reception and staffs. The feeling in dental is totally different with others dental. Feel staffs sweet, friends and tone is in good manner, thank you.

Before I start my review, here are some facts about me: 1) TERRIFIED of dentists 2) 0/10 pain tolerance 3) Scared of needles 4) Will endure ultimate pain until I cannot take it before I decide to go dentist My review: I had a very bad toothache when going to work & it resulted in a headache that was unbearable. To make story short - Doctor got an xray & found both wisdom teeth (left & right) decayed and was in need of removal. On top of that, both teeth in front of those wisdom tooth were badly decayed as well. Doctor did not pressure or push me but gave me the truth of reality & advised me what was needed to be done. Since my headache was so bad, I decided to extract the painful wisdom tooth first. She assured me along the way that it was gonna be minimal pain. I was most afraid of the injections on the gum before the extraction. She gave me a lot of numbing cream before the injections and guided me through the whole process. After that, the ENTIRE surgery (mine was 2+ hours) was PAINLESS. Guys I’m not kidding, if you read my bio on top, I mentioned that I have 0 to none pain tolerance level. Apart from some tugging and vibrations, I did not feel any pain at all. The pain of course came in during the healing process. But it wasn’t so bad as extra gauzes were given and adequate medications were dispensed to you. If you’re looking for THE review that tells you to come here or not, I’m telling you this is the review you should trust and not look further. I am writing in to Google that this clinic deserves all the stars in the world and not just 5. The entire payment (I think the amount was about $1250) was done through Medisave & I did not have to fork out anything. Thank you for the reasonable billings!! Lastly, I would like to give my utmost gratitude to Dr Tai Li Lin & her nurse. They were very patient in dealing with a scaredy cat like me. I will request for her for my next wisdom teeth removal. (Pls don’t request for her & make her busy I need her still)!!!

I.Dental is my go to place when it comes to my dental care. Dr Elstan Lim is skillfull, gentle, patient and caring. Hardly come by doctor who genuinely cares about their patients, and Dr Lim is one of them. Nurse Shini who assists Dr Lim is also very attentive and caring. The entire process of scaling , polishing and filling took some time, and Nurse Shini was there to ensure the ‘suction’ was on time. She checked in on me a couple of times just to make sure I was ok. That’s really comforting. Do keep it up.

Did my cleaning/ scaling & polishing with Ms Emy today and it was great. I was scared at first but staffs were all really friendly and the process was pain free. Will definitely recommend for their professionalism and service standard 🙂‍↕️Thank you Ms Emy and the dental nurses + counter staff for the pleasant experience.

Dr Jusrina Han helped me do my annual check up (polishing/scaling/2 fillings/topical fluoride application). She was extremely professional, quick and competent. I was guided through the whole treatment and she shared what she was doing step by step throughout the process which made me feel comforted and safe. Her attention to detail was evident as well - she even asked me to "run my tongue over the fillings to make sure they were smooth and too my satisfaction". Best of all, I felt almost no sensitivity throughout and she would prep me mentally if she suspected there would be upcoming sensitive areas she would be working on. She even gave me pointers towards my post-treatment care to ensure my teeth remained healthy as I had been brushing my teeth too hard. I will definitely be visiting again for my next checkup - kudos to Dr Han and the team for creating a great customer experience!!

In my many years of experience with scaling and polishing, I’ve never felt as comfortable as my visit today in the hands of Dr Jusrina Han. She’s so gentle yet very thorough. I was waiting for the part where it’s going to hurt but never once was I in any pain. It was so smooth that the treatment felt so quick. Such a polite and sweet dentist as well.

Had an appointment with Dr Jusrina Han today and I was impressed with her skills! I did not feel much sensitivity or pain the whole time and she was very meticulous. Dr Jusrina also carefully assessed my condition and updated me from time to time about what she was doing. Definitely one of the best and most comfortable dental experience! Thank so much! I highly recommend her and will definitely find her for my next clean!

Had my first cleaning at this clinic with Ms Emeliana. Super gentle, friendly and patiently explained how I can improve my teeth flossing. She is also super thorough in her cleaning and keeps checking on my comfort level. Would choose her again for my next cleaning!

Recently I completed Invisalign treatment by Dr Tong. During the process (abt 1 year 8 months), I often faced situation where I’m not sure if my teeth movement is okay or not and I required further advice. Even without visiting for consultation, Dr Tong always replied to my inquiries in timely manner despite the many number of inquiries I had (and Ms.David helped a lot in those communication too). During each consultation, he always took effort to explain any unclarities or concerns I have until I can be 100% sure, so I could continue with the treatment without worry. I’m currently going through settling period with retainer, but I’m quite satisfied with overall result.

Dr Dian and staff were great. In and out of the clinic with almost no waiting time during my year of treatment. Super easy to reschedule appointments with instant replies. Price was reasonable as well! 10/10 will continue to visit.

Very friendly staff. Had my teeth cleaned by the Oral Health Therapist Aaron, hardly felt a thing, yet my teeth feels really clean now! The clinic also has a very clear and safe covid-19 protocol, which makes me feel assured having dental treatment during this season.

Was initially hesitant about being seen by an oral hygienist instead of the usual Dentist on a last minute change, but Aaron Seah took such great care of my visit and made sure I was comfortable the whole treatment process.
