Excellent service👍🏻 Dr. Gladys Soh is so friendly, knowledgeable and expert on what she do. She explained to me the procedure well and it’s risks. It was smooth and fast, a little bit of discomfort which was expected but no pain at all. Highly recommended. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Did my wisdom tooth surgery with Joy Dental Clinic. Was very nervous as I heard many different scary story. But Dr Nicholas is very patient and reassuring throughout the whole operation. He will constantly check with you to make sure that you are all right too. Did filling of my front two teeth. The results are awesome! The receptionist and nurses are very friendly and approachable too. Keep up the good job! Highly recommended (:

Had my root canal treatment done by dr joshua. He clearly explained what I needed to do from the very first appointment, and also helping me with all the documentation for my claims. My friend recommended Dr. Nicholas to provide a second opinion regarding dental implants. I was concerned about the filling in my baby tooth and wanted to find a solution and advice to tackle this (e.g. replacement of filling or implant). I am genuinely thankful for his patience and his detailed explanation on the process, plausible scenarios and outcomes (implants or no implants) to manage my expectations. I liked that he was thorough, patient and transparent in his pricing and opinion. This was sooo much better compared to my first visit in another clinic where the I was pressured to make a decision without first being given full complete picture and explanation on the why, what and how. Thank you, Dr. Nicholas!

I have been putting up with my front tooth discolouration for the past 10 years but decided to get it fixed recently. I have been shopping around and decided to go with Joy dental clinic given the good reviews here. Dr Cheryl attended to me and she did some diagnosis test on my tooth before sharing with me my options. During the procedure, she was very thorough and gentle. The end result was awesome! I can’t believe I tolerated with a “hideous” smile for so long. Am glad that I finally have a decent smile :) Thank you Dr Cheryl.

Some time back, I had to extract a loose tooth in order to undergo a surgery. Dr. Nicholas Tan made the whole experience a joy for me. The extraction was painless and i am most impressed with his professionalism and interpersonal skills. Recently when I have some other dental issues, I knew I have to look for Dr. Nicholas Tan. Once again, he did not disappoint me. With the strong support from his administrative team of Miss Penny and Miss Kai Xin, I was able to have those issues fixed within just two weeks. Went to removed my wisdom tooth here . Tbh im scared of pain and hate going to the dentist . And dr nicholas tan promised me that he will try to make a minimal pain as possible . He delivered that . Cover my eyes with mask . His asst gave me a stress ball to hold onto . He even asked me if he wants to talk me through whatever he is doing . Thank u ! Happy with the service .

Staff are really pleasant and helpful! I belong to the clan that fear visiting a dentist but Doctor Charlotte made me feel comfortable and assured. There was minimal discomfort cleaning my sensitive teeth. Highly recommended!

Positive experience with Dr Nicholas handiwork in dental treatment. 12th November 2018 Extraction of Two molar with no-pain and special medication was administered- no bleeding as next I travels to USA in flight for 15hours. The services is very good during my visit. Both the Dentist & nurse assistant done a good job. Dr Nicholas Tan is meticulous, skilled & informative. Two things suggestions: 1) Countercheck client name before sending out message to client. Remind client what to bring along with if necessary. 2) Limited seats inside clinic, maybe consider put two or three chairs outside the clinic if possible.

Good doctor and clinic. Done scaling and polishing here last time during my regular dental checkup. The overall experience was good. I can recommend it if you are doing regular treatment. Root canal bit of costly though.

Just went for my dental appointment at Joy dental centre. Dr Joshua Chong is patient and reassuring to explain my gum condition for me and what I can do to improve it. The prices are also stated right at the start of the treatment so that I am clear. There is no hard pushing of getting certain services as well. I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in the clinic too. Thumbs up!

On November 2, 2021 I went to Joy Dental as planned. It was my first time to visit this place. My appointment was with Kenneth. He checked my teeth and found out my problem: a sweet tooth on upper left part, to make it accurate, he took x-ray on my both sides. And did the filling for the sweet tooth. His assistants Jojo and Cherlise were also very efficient and professional! Kenneth made friendly conversations with me and asked how i felt at the right moments. The whole process was very comfortable, thanks to the professional and efficient team. I will come back on the first Tuesday of May 2022 as suggested. There wasn't any unbearable pain at all throughout the process! My friend Liu Meng recommended Joy Dental's Kenneth to me. I am very satisfied with their service. Anyone has teeth problem, please go to Joy Dental! The place is not in busy area but totally worth the travel! I feel my tooth(even my life) is saved! A complete contrary from West Coast Dental's service! The charges are also reasonable. When you meet a professional dentist, just follow all his advice and suggestions! Thank you Joy Dental, thank you Kenneth, Jojo and Cherlise. :)

Dr Kenneth Lwi is strongly recommended for his professionalism, skill and friendly gentle manners. He has seen three in my family; while other dentists recommended extraction of a few teeth & making new dentures, after his review, we had dentures repaired, teeth saved, fillings done, infections resolved swiftly and gently. He is also patient and understanding towards the elderly.

I would like to commend Dr Joshua for going beyond his duty to help me. Dr Joshua had to refer me to other clinic to do RCT, and knowing that I have phobia of dentist, he helped me research and liase with a few dentists to ensure that they know my condition and find out their rates.
