I chose this place because of the good reviews. Felt it was okay but slightly pricey and a bit "hard-sell". Scaling and polishing was painful for me (my first time) although done very quickly. The dentist was nice and the assistant tried her best. He recommended extra services to fix my teeth which I agreed (but later found out that he did extra filling which I was charged for...)

Came for a appointment for my spouse tooth pain. Dr Kenneth and his Q&M team (Boon Lay) were able explain the issue in detail and make the treatment to our satisfaction, which was well managed. The wait time was less and all the instrument was modern, which made the experience much more happy.

I was a patient of Dr. Joey Chen on Sunday 22/5 @ 4 PM. I was rather nervous considering that I had a bad traumatic experience with a dentist growing up and if choice has it, I will avoid going to the dentist at all costs. Nonetheless, I was pleasantly surprised by how caring and gentle Dr. Joey was with me as I believe he was able to see I was nervous and was constantly checking up on whether I’m in pain and whether I’m alright, as a patient that gives me confidence that I’m in good hands. Additionally, the wisdom tooth extraction procedure went quite well, fast, and most importantly painless. Hence those who have similar concerns and experiences like me should consider making an appointment with Dr. Joey, he will take good care of you. Finally, the whole staff in the clinic be it the front desk to dental assistants are all so courteous, friendly, and professional, I also cannot help but observe the camaraderie they have among themselves and Dr. Joey is very pleasant and despite going there for a procedure, I’m comfortable. 5-star rating for a world-class dental team from the front desk, dental assistant to the doctor, will come again for my other procedure, less traumatic now after my experience yesterday.

Today is my fourth visit in 2 years and I am here for a tooth extraction. Doctor Joey has been very consistent in providing his services, be it polishing or extraction of tooth. That is why whenever I have problem with my oral health I will definitely look for Dr.Joey. Had a great wisdom tooth surgery experience on 11/1/2021. Dr. Joey and his assistant were very friendly and professional. Through out the surgery process, Dr. Joey constantly telling me what is going on and checking on me to make sure I am feeling fine. What a wonderful morning when I called in on behalf on my hubby for tooth extraction appointment, frontline Grace Hee addressed me caught me with surprise, I had never visited Boon Lay MRT branch before…..your system is marvelous. Very pleasant experience! I was first greeted by Grace at the counter who was very nice and helpful. Dr Lim is very experienced and communicates well. Assistant Pei Wen was also sweet and attentive. Would definitely return again for another visit!

Visited Q&M dental today, 05/12/2021. Was attended by Dr Joey Chen, good dental experience with him, throughout the scaling and polishing process, he will constantly check if I'm alright and at the end of session ask if I've any questions for him. However, idk what's considered a good duration for scaling and polishing as the process was +/- 10mins only... And my gums are bleeding for every rinse... He also provided feedback on whether to choose between filling or scaling & polishing (either one choice which I told him I'm deciding to do today) and he decided for me to go for scaling instead after examine my teeth. Thumbs up for Dr Joey Chen and his assistants. Probably go for Dr Joey Chen for my next round of visit if possible!

The staff was friendly and allowed me to come by myself even though I was underage. I thought I had a fish bone stuck in my throat but the dentist did thorough checks and after a few moments identified it as just a scratch that was causing me pain and told me it would heal in a few days.
