I went for scaling and polishing by Dr Winston Lim. Superb service by dr Lim. He was thorough with his service and he was supre nice to share with me what to anticipate through the whole process. Dr. Lim was super gentle and both Nurse Mona & Ella were super friendly. Their cheerful vibes helps calm my nerves when i was super nervous! Kudos to the team! I will definitely be back.

I took my daughter here on Hari Raya Haji when all other dental clinics are closed. My daughter had a very shaky tooth and it was bleeding. We need to extract the tooth urgently and als give her enough time for recovery before her secondary’s school interview the next days. We are very happy that the doctor and nurse here did not only find time to see her but also removed the tooth in the most efficient and painless way possible! Dr Winston was really professional and attentive to my needs during my wisdom tooth extraction. I was really impressed by his professional and caring responses to my persistent complaints of pain throughout the procedure, giving thoughtful explanations and reassurances together with his experienced assistant, Mona. Despite the procedure being a difficult one, Dr Winston handled the extraction skillfully and continued to give me good post-procedural advices. Counter staff Joyce and Ella were really friendly and approachable as well! I will like to thank them for making my first wisdom extraction procedure a lot more bearable with their professionalism and care for their patients, especially since my wisdom tooth was a difficult one to extract.

Dr Winston is really an amazing dentist!! I had both wisdom teeth extractions performed by him; both required surgery. Both ops went very smoothly, and he was very, very assuring and encouraging throughout the entire process. (He even asked the assistant to play some music!) With all the assurance, it really calmed my nerves down a lot. In fact, I just had my second extraction today. No complications involved. The assistants were also very attentive and friendly. They would follow up with a call after surgery to make sure you are okay. When I told one of them that I was afraid I may forget to take the painkiller before the surgery, she offered to give me a friendly reminder call. A really excellent experience I’ve had there! :)

Dr Singh ensures that his patient is in good hands by explaining the process that he will be going through. Moreover, he is also attentive and updates the dental condition of his patient. His affable staff, Seiheng and Mona, schedule patients in a timely manner by giving me a call a day before to confirm my appointment and also told me to head down 15min earlier. This allowed me to be attended to earlier than expected and there was basically no waiting time. Highly recommended for any dental needs!
