J. J. C.My appointment time is right on schedule. The staff are professional and they don’t show a barrier in communication. Very welcoming staff. Dr. Lee who have done my filling is very professional. He updates me on what’s going to happen and what can be done regarding dental care. Very calm doctor. It’s a very nice place to do dental check up.
H. C.I visited clinic at Tampines Hub with a broken tooth. Was so nervous and was served by Dr Tan Da Wei together with his nurse (very caring). Dr Tan did a great job for a nervous wreck like me. Very pro and assuring. Patient too. Staff very friendly and caring. Q & M you got my vote as the best! Thanks too, to Nine for your detailed explanation after dental procedure.
c. s.I decided to visit Q&M dental as I was concerned with my receding gum issue and for general cleaning of teeth. I was assigned to Dr Au Yong. Dr Au Yong was able to check and explain to me why I got receding gum which was due to overbrushing. I like how he patiently taught me how to brush gently to avoid exacerbating the receding gem issue. He took care in the scaling and polishing process that I did not feel any pain at all compared to other dentists I visited. Will come again definitely.
