Very pleasant experience with the nurse at reception as well as dentist , everyone was very efficient. Did cleaning - scaling and polishing . Came last minute on Sat morning as walk-in customer, was allocated an appointment slot on the same day immediately. Also managed got to see the dentist before the allocated time slot . Will come back again .

Had my extraction and gums treatment done by Dr Tan Ker Her. I must truly say she’s the best dentist I’ve ever experienced. She’s gentle, friendly and very professional. Had a wonderful experience here as I was very scared and nervous due to the bad experienced I had in another dental clinic. Dr Pay was calm, keep giving a lot of assurance and encouragement through the session. She definitely put me at ease!

My Dad was in great pain with a shaky teeth, so I accompanied him to extract his teeth at Blk 153 Serangoon North. Thumb up for Dr Karo Pay and her friendly team members. Dr Pay is very friendly, patience and details. Most importantly is, she has a great skills! Ms Louise the receptionist is very friendly and helpful too, she attended to all my enquires patiently while doing the registration and taught my dad in details on how to manage the medications after he had extracted his teeth.

Went to other dental clinic with mild pain, but the doctor there did not solve the problem. I had a tooth decay on my lower left wisdom tooth and all he did was filled up 6 other holes and referred me to the hospital. The pain became unbearable and came to Q&M Blk 153 Serangoon North Ave 1. Initial contact with Louis was great as she was friendly and answered my questions. The doctor (Dr Pay) who attended to me was gentle and attentive. I shouldn't say that it is a great experience because visiting a dentist shouldn't be, but the experience was beyond my expectations, simply great. Will definitely make this clinic my regular dental clinic from now on.

I am very thankful and grateful to the nice and excellent services provided by the doctors and nurses at this clinic. Ms. Wanida was very nice and helpful in getting me an appointment with Dr. Kuan the next morning (clinic was fully booked the whole week) once she knew I had a toothache. Dr Kuan was very professional and explained in detail on my actual teeth/gum conditions and options available. I was referred to a gum specialist and given the option to delay my tooth extraction. The tooth ache was bearable at first until the following night when the pain intensified and become unbearable even after taking the painkiller med. I called the clinic the next morning. Ms. Louise, upon hearing about my situation, kindly helped to arrange with Dr. Pay to schedule a tooth extraction on the same morning although the slots are fully booked until next week. Dr. Pay was very skilled and the tooth extraction was almost painless and stress-free. Her assistant was very nice too. The nurses here are very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much.

Dr Phan is very professional & my braces procedure went pretty well , he is kind and friendly . Also Dr Kuan who did my wisdom tooth surgeries , he looks very professional , and also patient and kind. and overall the staff here is friendly and nice too :)

Personally, I feel extremely phobic about visiting dentists. Dr Joel Goh has been very professional and most assuring. His explanations of the procedures are very clear and concise. Thank you for helping to make my experience so much more less daunting.

Dr Phan is patient and professional when I did my braces with him. Overall outcome is good. The staff here are very friendly too. Highly recommended. :)
