S. W. L.First time at Simei Q&M Dental. Had a pleasaant experience with Dr Kenneth Khong. He was patient and attentive, providing multiple options while I try to save on cost while ensuring I am aware of the risks I would be taking. Counter service was also very good - friendly and efficient.

S. K.I was experiencing some pain for the past few days and I suspected that it was due to my wisdom tooth, so I decided to go and get it checked at Q&M Simei, which was still open despite it being a public holiday. Prior to that, the booking of the appointment was pretty convenient and swift too (done over the phone), and I was able to get a slot on the next day.
The receptionist and staff were all very friendly and attentive, and the clinic was very professional too. I was able to get the tooth extracted within the same appointment, and the procedure was done within 30min, including getting the X-rays done.
It was an overall pleasant experience, extraction pains aside. :)
P. V.Got my braces done with Dr Fatima & the experience has been great so far! No complaints and I would recommend! Clinic staff have also been very accommodating to any changes in my appointment schedule. Thanks very much!
O. M.Today I just had an implant surgery The staff at this branch has been cordial, friendly, hardworking and compassionate towards their work. Especially Dr. Peggy Chan who did a wonderful dental implant surgery! I am a regular patient here. The people I like mention are Irene, Wai Kuan and Sin Tian who manages the front counter. They have been very competent. Thank you Q & Q Simei team!

Dr Stewart Thum is a very caring doctor.
I do not ever give praise lightly, but I must say Dr Stewart Thum is my GO-TO Dentist after he fixed all my fractured teeth, do all my complex fillings and and Root canal treatments after my severe accident falling from my bike n straight on the ground hitting my face n teeth.
Dr Stewart is extremely competent, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He is very thorough n he does a wonderful job for u. Yet, he is still very humble, friendly and chill. He talks to u and u feel like u r talking to ur best friend of many years, giving very good advice even on other matters. I feel Dr Stewart talks sincerely to everybody regardless he's rich or poor.
He puts the patients interests above his own interests. Dr Thum recommended I NOT do a higher value Crown for my own aesthetic reasons rather than jump at the opportunity to earn more income in these very tough times, caring for me. This is true doctor's fiduciary duty at work! He puts ur medical interests above his own interests though every clinic has many bills to pay.

R. P.I had a tooth ache in year 2013. It was Saturday night and I had no choice but to go Q & M Simei for consultation. I always had phobia to go dentist since childhood. But I meet Doctor Peggy Chan who had made me felt calm throughout the whole treatment.
I underwent 1 root canal treatment and 3 implants under Doctor Peggy as I felt comfortable with her. The relation between us are more like friends rather than doctor and patient.
I also let my youngest daughter to straighten her teeth with Doctor Peggy as we have confidence under her treatment.
I would like to thanks the night shift nurses, Wai Kwan,Irene Wong , Evonne SIM and Angel Lai in servicing us well.

q. k.I went to Q&M Dental surgery in Simei last Friday the 17th, I had a very good experience, the nurses are very welcoming and they showed me a lot of love, the doctor is too kind and magnificent.
