The dentist is very patient and both my 73 yo mother and 5yo grandniece felt very at ease as this is their 1st time to dentist. Dr. Chris explained the process very well and is gentle too. Will come back again and highly recommend to everyone.

I recently visited Dr. Chris for a scaling and polishing session, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Chris was thorough and meticulous in his work, ensuring every detail was addressed. He also took the time to explain how I can improve my dental care which I found very helpful. I really appreciated the quality of service given to my husband and I - the staff were so welcoming and patient with our queries, and Dr Fay took time to explain all details pertaining to our oral health after examining the x-rays before recommending procedures and solutions. Both scaling and polishing were done with so much care and professionalism.

I visited the newly opened clinic today for scaling and polishing, and to get a new set of retainers. The new set of Invisalign Retainers fit very well and the scaling & polishing procedure was gentle yet thorough. I previously removed my impacted wisdom tooth with Dr Chris at another outlet. The extraction was quick and surprisingly comfortable, thanks to his expertise and careful technique. Dr. Chris is not only professional but also gentle in his approach. He took the time to explain the procedure and answered all of my queries. The environment in the clinic is also very clean and neat. I would like to thank the counter staff and nurses Ping Ping, Chloe, and Hui Min for the amazing experience at the new outlet.

Just went for a scaling and polishing appointment at this outlet. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of service provided. The receptionist is super friendly and polite, definitely a great way to start the appointment. I was attended to by Dr Ng who is really patient and did a very thorough explanation regarding my situation. I initially wanted to do a filling on my wisdom tooth because my previous one fell out, and he explained that rather than doing a filling, it is more advisable to remove it as a better long-term solution (the dentist whom I visited previously from a different dental clinic franchises did not mention this at all). On top of that, there was also a 3D scan of my teeth done which allowed me to better see the condition of my teeth, which is extremely helpful for me in deciding whether to do filling or remove my wisdom tooth. Most importantly, at the end of the session, Dr Ng showed me how different my teeth will look like if I decide to do Invisalign, and he was NOT pushy at all!! Most of the other dentists I visited kept trying to upsell and push additional service but I really liked how he didn't do it that way and was very chill about it 👍 Overall, I would recommend this clinic to everyone as a much better alternative to the next nearest dental clinic (if you know what I mean) 🙊

The best dental experience I ever had in Singapore. All staff are so experienced, friendly and nice. I came here for wisdom tooth remove, Dr Ng only took 2 ‘mins to remove it, no painful at all. Well experience at here
