Awesome service from the whole team! From the receptionist to the nurses and Dr Jennifer. I was always terrified of dentist appointments because they hurt but she attended to my case very quickly and she is so reassuring throughout the whole process!! I’ve never met a better dentist and this is hands down one of the most comforting experience I’ve gotten. She works so fast and I was so reassured during the whole session. Extremely thankful!! It was my first time here and also my first dental checkup after so long. I was attended by Dr Kenneth and he was so professional and patient. He also reviewed my X-ray with me and always check if I had any doubts. His thorough and clear explanation definitely reassured me. The nurse and the receptionist were also nice and patient with me. Shout out to the receptionist for slotting my last minute booking. 😅Overall, it was a good experience here and definitely convenient to my house.

Went once to get my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Leong and was extremely happy by how quick and painless it was; I decided to bring my dad here to get his extractions and dentures done as well (about 4-5 sessions total) and it was still a pleasant experience as ever due to everyone there :) (really shows how consistent their service levels are!) Dr Leong was very patient and answered all concerns we had about maintaining oral hygiene. Receptionists were super friendly, patient and accommodating of setting appointments. Would highly recommend coming here! Thank you for everything :)

I was attended by Dr Leong Jin Yin. I must first say that I am always always scare of seeing dentist. For this one, I don't have a choice cause my tooth chipped. But dentist was patient with me and she was very gentle. Guess what? I'm coming back again and I joined their membership even! I must also mentioned that the clinic receptionist is really very good too. Very warm, friendly and very welcoming!

I've been attended to by both dentists - both were very nice and professional. In particular I had a wisdom tooth surgery and I was attended to by Dr Jennifer Yui who was very patient and encouraging throughout the whole procedure. The procedure went smoothly and quickly, and I felt like I was being cared for all the way. The only painful part of the whole procedure was the injection for local anaesthetic (before which they also numb the gum area so the pain is minimised). The staff at the clinic are also very nice and they will call to remind you of appointments as well as follow-up after the surgery. I also like that the clinic honours the appointment - I usually have to wait only about 5-10 minutes before I see the dentist at my scheduled appointment slot (unlike other dental clinic I have been to where they make you wait 30 minutes even though you have already made an appointment). (Note: I usually only book slots on weekday afternoons, so maybe it's also an off-peak timing)

I highly recommend this clinic. The receptionist is very nice and preemptive - always very prompt with her reminders. Dr Jennifer is very welcoming and good at doing what she does! It is my 4th time going there and I will continue to visit them for my dental appointments.

I have visited Q&M Dental Surgery (Woodlands) at Blk 573 twice and was attended by Dr Jennifer Yui for both times. Both times were very pleasant experiences as she did my scaling and polishing with much patience and was also very friendly and approachable. The receptionist was also very friendly and responsive. I had painful toothache for days already & been delaying going to dentist as I was scared of going coz of 1 bad experience. I went to google and found this Q&M Dental Surgery (Woodlands) nearby my place. The reviews were good so I gave them a call. The receptionist was good and polite, she managed to give me the same day appointment. I went there & told Dr Leong my concern and she assured me that I was going to be okay. She even said that I would be going out from her room in 10 minutes; would not feel the pain except during injection time and it's all true. Thank you Dr Leong for making my wisdom tooth extraction a painless one. I definitely will come back but hopefully not hahaa

While on the processing of my tooth she will explain step by step what she doing now and also keep checking on me how I feel uncomfortable or pain just inform her. She will stop. It’s been my first time visiting Dentist in Singapore because Normally I will rather visit Dentist back in my home country due to affordable price. But everything has changed since CB. I was having sensitive teeth for a while and I thot it’s not a big deal until I could no longer bear it. I was googling the Dentist around and found out this is the best review Dentist. Indeed the receptionist is so caring and friendly, follow up and confirm the next appointment, and even gave me some discount on the sterilised charges.
