This is a highly recommended dental clinic for veneers. The doctor has an amiable personality, dozens of years of experience and commendable expertise in veneers. He could quickly point out the flaws in other dentists' work that causes veneers to come off all the time. The clinic is also more affordable than many other dentists with the same reputation, who may not offer the same level of expertise as Dr. Kevin Ong.

I went to the Dentist@Orchard as I was concerned that I may be grinding my teeth in my sleep. Dr Kevin very professional and assuring. He saw the signs of wear and tear on my teeth, but was quick to assure me that the problem was not serious, and that I was still in time to prevent a more serious problem from developing by putting on a mouthguard. He did the moulding and the mouthguard was ready for collection in days. It fit very well and the first night using it made a noticeable difference for me the next morning - my jaws felt more relaxed and I was less tired. I'm grateful for the professionalism and care that Dr Kevin and his team demonstrated. I'm happy to recommend the Dentist@Orchard to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I started my veneers journey since late year 2021. For the past one year plus I’m having no issues with veneers in my mouth and they really look natural and blend well with other natural teeth. Thanks to Dr Kevin Ong’s professionalism for solving my discoloured and chipped teeth by fixing suitable veneers on them.He gave detailed explanations before started with any procedure to make me feel assured. Dr Ong is an amazing dentist. He always sees you with a smile. In other dental clinics, I am afraid of dentist telling me about my dental health. (I also did not visit dentist for 8 years since secondary school). Dr Ong makes you be able to tell him your dental problems and worries, and it feels good to be able to just have a person to listen. Been to the consultation yesterday, was quite impressed with the people working there. The two people that attended to me one was Dr Ong and I don't remember the other one but the one that has a beautiful smile treated me with respect and I don't know how to explain how I felt that time. I was happy but I didn't smile because of my crooked/overcrowding teeth. Dr Ong was correct about the low self esteem and confidence that I have because of how my teeth looked. The only thing now is I should try to convince my parents(which probably they would say no to it because knowing them everything is a no), if not I'm saving up for that Smiledesign because I definitely need that because I have the overcrowding/crooked teeth since young and I have always wanted to correct it for a very long time.

My partner had his veneers done by Dr Ong and it was a great job done! Recently, I accompanied my partner for his usual cleaning and thought I should seek Dr Ong’s advice on some of my dental issues which had been bothering me for a while. Dr Ong spent 30 minutes of his time explaining patiently to me about my condition and I felt very much at ease after listening to his advice. He did not charge me for the consultation which made me feel really bad for taking up his time. Just want to let Dr Ong know that I am really grateful for his time and thank you for being such a sincere and friendly doctor! Not to forget, the receptionist, Geetha is really friendly and went out of her way to help me with my questions as well. The dental nurses are also very patient and smiley! Long story short; Dr Ong is very patient & always assuring me that there is no pain even for the injection, extraction & trimming of gums/teeth which was awesome as absolutely painless. Very cosy place. Nice ambience. And convenient location. The staffs are super friendly and Professional. Dr Ong is super nice and professional too. Always give the best advise to his patient and let us make the final decision. Never once was I push to get any treatment or hard sell anything. Even if its necessary but the decision is always mine to make. Going to dental is like a nightmare since young and hated it. Until I visited Dr Ong in 2008. My original dental issue was horrible. My gum bleed often and my teeth are crooked. And I don't even smile with teeth showing. My nightmare ended the day I decided to take up smile design with Dr Ong which professionally given me a natural and nice teeth which I have till today. No one notice the differences in me and everyone thg I was born with this super nice teeth. And I am always smiling with my teeth revealing now 😬. Dr Kevin and his staff are most friendly and explain every step of the procedure. Kevin should have become a singer or story teller but thing is: you feel relaxed and the job is well done as he is a "bit of a perfectionist" Good for veneers and esthetical work as that is his passion. Everyone at the clinic is very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately I can’t say I’m very satisfied with the check up. The cleaning is not well done and done halfway. The doctor talked more about my stress and teeth grinding as soon as he arrived in the room. I wouldn’t mind if the cleaning was well done. I will go to another dentist to make a more qualitative cleaning and check up. The check up is quite cheap though compared to other clinics.

But after a few frantic rounds , I still can’t find the clinic as I went to the wrong building . I called the clinic and was guided step by step by the receptionist.
