I recently visited Dr. Jeremy after my cousin recommended him, and I’m so glad I did. Visiting the dentist has always been a nightmare for me due to bad past experiences, and I’ve avoided it at all costs. However, a toothache left me no choice, and Dr. Jeremy made all the difference. He was incredibly gentle and patient, carefully explaining everything and laying out a clear treatment plan. Understanding my fear of pain, he ensured the entire procedure was completely pain-free. The pricing was also reasonable, and I left with a much better impression of dental visits. Highly recommend!

I just did extraction with Dr Jeremy Peter. It is surprisingly painless. He is very patient put numbing gel before injection of anaesthesia. Mine was quite complex as i went to him with infection. He suggested antibotic treatment first and extraction to be done few days later so that less pain and faster recovery. Indeed after extraction no pain and dont really need any painkiller.

I have an appointed with Ms Sherry today for scaling and polishing , and Ms Sherry told me that it will a-bit painful due to i have quite a lot tartar in my teeth. But i didn’t feel any painful at all! Ms Sherry have very nice skill on doing cleaning ! Thank you Ms Sherry for arranging another appointment to deeply clearing my teeth. Will recommend to my friend and definitely will come back again when it is needed! Well done 👍🏻

I was having some pain and inflammation due to my wisdom tooth growth and did my wisdom tooth surgery here. Firstly, Dr Jeremy Peter and team was nice enough to arrange an appointment for the surgery the very next day after having my teeth checked. Thereafter, they were all affable and that really helped me relax. My procedure ended after the clinic hours and they were all willing to stay longer to help me out and really appreciate their time, work and attitude 🙃

Dr. Jeremy is a very patient and kind doctor who treated my dad’s teeth. Before my dad met Dr. Jeremy, he went to a few clinics that told him his tooth couldn’t be saved. But Dr. Jeremy managed to save his tooth by doing a root canal treatment with crown and my dad is very happy and satisfied with it. Not only does he still have his own tooth saved, he also get to save time, pain and money if he were to have an implant to replace the tooth. My dad definitely wants Dr. Jeremy to place implants for him in future when he is ready as he is an expert in doing implants and many other procedures. I would highly recommend Tooth Stories to all my family and friends! :)

Rena is excellent in her scaling and polishing skills. She is also rather gentle while getting an excellent job done. Appreciate that she gives assurances and heads up before hand, when she is about to conduct scaling of certain tooth that might cause discomfort. Very friendly and polite admin staff at counter, and efficient in fixing appointments. The whole place is very clean and tidy. Feels very comfortable going there. The whole team sends out very good vibes too, thus making each visit very pleasant. Went to Tooth stories on 28th sep'23 morning to clean my teeth and also to check on my implant tooth which is giving me some issue. It is my first time visiting this clinic and reason why i chose this clinic is purely because of Dr Goh, he used to perform a tooth implant procedure for me two years ago in another clinic. Dr Goh is efficient and competent as usual, he rectified my implant tooth issue and also performed filling for two of my tooth within 15mins. And Dr Sherry proceed to perform cleaning for my teeth. Whole cleaning process is so unbelievable pleasant, Dr Sherry is very sweet, gentle and professional, i've never encounter such wonderful teeth cleaning experience before while visiting a dental clinic. Shout out to the polite, warm and helpful chinese receptionist too. My apology that i forgot to get your name. Overall experience is extremely good, pricing wise is reasonable.

I had an appointment at Tooth Stories (Serangoon Central Branch) today 18th May @2pm with Dr Daniel Goh. His professionalism is to be admired. Showed patience and was polite. Awesome doctor. I was recommended by a friend who told me Dr Daniel was a solid Doctor and it was indeed very true. After consultation and filling, I was referred to cleaning and polishing in the next room. Met two lovely ladies (apologies did not get their names) who were awesome as well. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Excellent service and they did a great job. Finally, payment was a breeze as well, the cashier was very nice and accommodating. (Sorry, did not get her name as well) From the time I called to get an appt to see Dr Daniel and to the time I made payment and exited the clinic, it was indeed a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this clinic. Lovely and Awesome team at Serangoon Central. Kudos to all of you. Keep it up, that is the way to go. Brought our toddler for his first dental visit and always imagined it to be a big challenge but I was wrong. I used to hate going to the dentist. Sounds childish right? But ya.. lol but the vibe i get at tooth stories is very reassuring. From the moment you walk in... u are warmly greeted and then the staff are all so nice.... for me... that really puts me at ease and makes it that much easier to bring myself to call and make an appointment. Like his approach which goes a long way to relieve my Mum’s anxiety over the procedure. Just a feedback that dispensing 2 strips of painkillers can be reviewed. My Mum only took one and no more pain. Pricing is fair and transparently displayed at the counter and they are one of the designated CHAS/PG clinic. 👍
