Highly recommended Dr Shin and Tooth Stories. Best place for your dental care needs in Tampines. Our teeth cleaned thoroughly but we never experienced pain. He has soft and light way of cleaning the teeth. Finally we found the best dentist weve been looking for near our home area. Also, staff has great customer service! Kudos everyone! Thank you Dr Joseph for our beautiful smiles 😁

Went to do annual scaling at Tooth Stories first time. Was assigned to Dr. Joseph, and I must say, he was very attentive and went into details into everything, be it steps taken or explaining the concerns or things done well on maintaining my teeth. Scaling wasn't painful, it was fast and amazing (I am a very scaredy cat person). Price wise was also reasonable compared to other dental clinics (in my opinion). Thanks.

haven’t scaled/polished my teeth in quite a long time but overall was a very pleasant experience. the receptionist Dr Daniel Goh, and the nurse were very warm, friendly and helpful. definitely will be back and recommend to everyone to get your teeth cleaned here 👍🏻🙌🏻

My 10 yo son first experiences with Dr Joseph Shin and he is very happy about it. He was very nervous initially but after Dr Shin checked and cleaned his teeth soft and lightly so it’s no pain at all. This is the same to what was commented by one of his patient before on google review. Overall experience is very good and amazing as it gives my son more courage and confidence to visit dentist again. Many thanks to Dr Shin again as well as to the kind and patient nurse and staff.

First time visiting Tooth Stories, and had a great experience. Hygienist Sherry was gentle and constantly checked if I was ok throughout the scaling and polishing process. She did an impressive job of cleaning my stains, and I didn’t feel discomfort despite my sensitive gums. The dental assistant / front desk staff was helpful and friendly too. Thank you! :)

I brought my 3 sons to the clinic and Dr Charlene attended to all 3. She is very patient, calm and she keeps my boys at ease. I was suprised that my last boy only 3 yrs old did not retaliate, cry or scream. She made him feel comfortable and at the same time shared with him the entire process. Ms Sherry was my OHT and she was very reassuring who gave clear instructions and indications of what is she doing next. Honestly i hate going to the dentist and im not gonna lie and say it wasnt scary AT ALL. Some parts of the scaling process still felt uncomfortable and sensitive but its already one of the smoothest and least painful experience ive had at dental clinics.

Today as I was walking along a row of shops located at (Tampines Central), I was very much attracted by 'Tooth Stories' the name of a dental clinic. I smiled to myself and thought that this dental clinic is appropriately named with an amusing underlying pun. Little do I know that I would somehow be in one happy chapter of their 'tooth stories'. The dental clinic name enticed me and their very reasonable polishing and scaling promotion offer lured me to put my feet into the dental clinic for their services. That decision turned out to be one of the best and most rewarding experience ✨️ of the day for me. My dental surgeon Dr. Sherry Neo gave me a very meticulous cleaning and polishing dental treatment. She was very gentle, considerate and sensitive to my pain threshold and comfortable level. I am always a nervous mess as I have 'white coat syndrome' (A fear of doctors). While under Dr Sherry Neo's treatment, I was able to relax and actually felt that she has given my set of teeth a very luxurious and clean spa treatment experience. Both the patient (aka: Me) and Dr. Sherry Neo are proud of the results. ( You can see us smiling broadly in one of the photos I post). After the treatment, I was introduced to a smiling and handsome Dr Daniel Goh who would be the dental surgeon for my tooth implant. I am excited to have that missing tooth replaced and would be glad to be able to add another happy chapter to their 'tooth stories'in the near future. To fans and followers who are reading this post , do come down to this dental clinic for your dental needs and you can also be like me adding your own happy 'tooth stories' with them. My first visit with hubby recommended by his friend. We had a pleasant time I must say as the staff were friendly and polite. Hygienist Sherry did the scaling and polishing for me, totally assuring throughout the process, explaining the whys and cautioning of sensitivity. She's very skilful I think as I felt minimal discomfort and my teeth are very very clean now! Hubby had his wisdom tooth extraction by Dr Daniel Goh. He was very anxious and worried prior to that. But after the procedure, he was very relieved and pain was low as Dr Goh was steady and made the procedure bearable for him. Very little pain and swell after which is very good! We will be back!

Helping my mum post a review here. She had wisdom tooth issues and was attended to by Dr Zhang Minzhe at the Tampines branch. She was worried about wisdom tooth extraction because she often hears of the pain after the extraction but Dr Zhang was able to explain the importance of extracting her wisdom tooth clearly and patiently, and persuade my mum to proceed with the extraction. To my mum’s surprise, the extraction process was swift and painless. She’s thankful for Dr Zhang and felt that he did a wonderful job. After the extraction, she felt so much better that her tooth issues were resolved. Thank you, Dr Zhang!
