- Doctor arrived later than my appointment time. - They dont hv a private room and its shared. Sometimes have to wait as they slot 3 people in the same slot - Staff were talking amongst themselves which is quite unprofessional compared to other skincare clinics - They ll ask u to buy more packages even when ur package is nt finished. -They will ask u to give a 5 star review - The routine for every session seems different too. Every other session, I will be attended by different staff. One staff will help to clean off my skin while others dont. Theres no standard procedure. - Other doctors and staff kept asking me the reason for my pigmentation. (Im not the expert here) -Doctor tends to ask me which area I would like to focus on instead of advising me - Each session took abt at most 10min. - It took ard more than 10 sessions to see the results (lighter a bit) but still not removed.

I recently visited Dr Sarah Too at Become aesthetics clinic and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Dr Sarah took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor a treatment plan that was perfect for me. The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless. I underwent Sylfirm X and PICO laser treatments to address my concerns of fine lines and uneven skin tone. The Sylfirm X treatment was excellent in reducing fine lines and wrinkles, while the PICO laser treatment helped to even out my skin tone and reduce the appearance of sun spots. Dr Sarah was very knowledgeable and explained the process and expected results in detail. The clinic staff, especially ms shinney, were also very helpful and attentive. Was recommended by a friend to Become Aesthetics Novena branch for Pico Laser due to freckles concern. All the staffs here are very friendly and welcoming! I was also offered snack and drinks when i come after work. Dr Lim is my assigned doctor for this and he is easy to talk to. As I have a low tolerance for pain, Dr Lim suggested that I do a lower intensity Pico when I was here for the first time. Thereafter, there were little effects so I feedback to Dr Lim. For my second session, he increased the intensity but at the same time ensure that I am okay with the pain level (but tbh, there is no pain at all due as numbing cream is used). I witness results after the second Pico session and my freckles reduced greatly. Am here for my 3rd session and cant wait to achieve better skin! Am also thankful to the clinic staffs for always reminding me to take care of my skincare and the importance of sunblock 😅 + No hard-selling here which I really appreciate. There will be some sharing of the services provided but overall, no hard-selling and really comfortable sessions here so far. Would definitely recommend Dr Lim & Become Aesthetics Novena outlet! :)

When I went for a trial for the pico laser treatment, the staff were very friendly and helpful. First the staff placed a numbing cream and I waited for 15-20 mins, so appreciative to the staff for allowing my husband to stay with me in the room while waiting for the time. Then I was assisted to see Dr. Sarah for a consultation. Dr. Sarah addressed clearly my concerns and explain to me the procedure thoroughly in a very professional and empathetic manner.
