T. T.Dr. Evelyn Tay and her team were extremely polite and kind. I visited Dr. Evelyn for a cyst removal on my forearm, and she patiently explained the type of cyst, the cost breakdown, and the procedure. During the surgery, the assistant was very caring, and I was even allowed to use my phone to help me stay relaxed. Although there was a 30-minute wait to see the doctor, their excellent service made it completely worthwhile. The receptionist kindly filled out my insurance form for claims and promptly emailed my E-MC and invoice.
I returned for a follow-up 10 days later to have the stitches removed. There was the same 30-minute wait to see the doctor, but everything went well, and the wound is healing nicely.

I also want to highlight how her team was equally meticulous and patient, ensuring I left the clinic feeling comfortable and well cared for after treatment.
The warmth and sincerity from both Dr. Evelyn and her team made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. I’m so grateful for the level of professionalism and personalized care I’ve received. Highly recommend her!
Y. Y.I want to give Lumine Dermatology and Laser Clinic 5 stars because it is so deserving of it. Dr Evelyn Tay is the best dermatologist I have had. I am a trained family doctor and I go to her for advice when skin issues become difficult to treat. She listens carefully to my concerns and always gives options for the treatments suited for me. The treatments at her clinic have helped my skin improve by leaps and bounds and can’t thank her enough. I have also brought my daughter who had a chronic skin issue to see Dr Evelyn after initial treatment didn’t seem to help and Dr Evelyn provided reassurance and the best advice on how I can help to improve my daughter’s condition. Her staff are very warm, helpful and friendly as well. Keep up the good work Dr Evelyn and team!

Dr Evelyn is the best and nicest dermatologist I went to, she is very gentle in every procedures I was so afraid of needles but she was so gentle that I couldn’t feel any needle prick. And the clinic waiting area was so pretty and comfortable while waiting to see the doctor. The whole environment was so relax look forward to see them soon again!!❤️

W. R.Doctor Evelyn is meticulous and patient in explaining the various laser treatments options and frequencies for my pigmentation. There was no pressure or hard selling, the recommendation was based off what I needed and that is suitable for my skin. I have done laser treatments in other places before but the result is very minimal or almost none existent. Over at Lumine Dermatology, my questions were answered in a clear and concise manner, no games/filters/fake consultations, just genuine and straightforward advice. More importantly, the results was immediately visible after my wounds healed. Another plus point is that the staff working there are both professional and friendly, and they do not give the vibes of being uninterested or grumpy like some other clinics I have been to. I always feel extremely comfortable and am always attended to in a timely manner, with proper care/procedures being applied like numbing/cooling cream, and constant checking from both the doctor and staff if everything is ok. I highly recommend for you to try this clinic instead of going to others which may not have the best professionalism, solutioning, and most importantly, outcome of getting rid of the dark pigmentation once and for all!

S. L.I had concerns relating to pigmentation and melasma. Dr Evelyn listened carefully to my concerns and provided her professional thoughts about how to best treat them! I did pico and moxi laser and the combination was highly effective in targeting my concerns! The treatment itself was very much painless, you could potentially sleep if you choose to! The first 2-3 days after treatment - some redness (might come across as looking slightly sunburnt) and a gritty skin texture. Right now, it’s been about 2 weeks post treatment and I see significantly reduced pigmentation and a very healthy glow!

Dr Tay always found affordable products for my skin and never pushed for an expensive regimen. She continues to answer every question of mine patiently and is very kind and supportive.
