The most hassle-free consultation and delivery every. Excellent customer service. I got a text immediately after signing up, initiating a video call with the doctor and each interaction was so seamless. They are very helpful and very friendly. It's my first time trying out birth control pills and all my worries were met with concern and generous help. It's also good to note that they are run by women, which is absolutely amazing and brings me so much comfort in approaching them. Prompt action and friendly customer service. Consultation is done at the comfort of my house and time to my convenience. I had my consultation session on a Friday night and received my medication on the coming Monday. The assigned doctor was very patient to all my questions and attended to all my concerns. If you do not have time to visit clinics due to working hours and do not wish to spend hours at polyclinic waiting, I believe Siena is a great way to turn to.
