Easy, Convenient, Fuss free. From booking of online video consultation to online prescription & payment; everything is a breeze. Prescription products will be delivered to our doorstep too! The most hassle-free consultation and delivery every. Excellent customer service. I got a text immediately after signing up, initiating a video call with the doctor and each interaction was so seamless. They are very helpful and very friendly. It's my first time trying out birth control pills and all my worries were met with concern and generous help. It's also good to note that they are run by women, which is absolutely amazing and brings me so much comfort in approaching them. Definitely a place I will be returning to for future prescriptions and help regarding my health and well-being.

I've tried many teleconsults, and I have to say this clinic has had to be the best one so far. Their service online, on whatsapp, and the doctor - amazing. The people who run the whatsapp are knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor in punctual, non-judgemental, and is informative (about lady parts). He really takes his time to explain if need be and is super open. they also try to provide the most affordable option first.

It's been so smooth getting the medication needed for my conditions without having to go queue up at a clinic physically and get exposed to other illnesses. Prompt action and friendly customer service. Consultation is done at the comfort of my house and time to my convenience. I had my consultation session on a Friday night and received my medication on the coming Monday. The assigned doctor was very patient to all my questions and attended to all my concerns. If you do not have time to visit clinics due to working hours and do not wish to spend hours at polyclinic waiting, I believe Siena is a great way to turn to.

Online appointment was quick and easy. Clinic was also thoughtful to send reminders and even notified that doctor will be late because of an extended consultation before me. Doctor himself was patience and thorough in explanation. Medications was delivered promptly next day. Could be same day but I made a blunder in the arrangement. It was overall a good experience, best of all I don’t need to travel.

Chanced upon their advertisement while Googling for female health care. They are professional and friendly. The process was very clear and the fees were transparent. No hidden cost or whatnot. I felt safe throughout the entire tele-consultation. There was no judgement and the doctor was kind to answer some questions. The medication was quick to arrive which was great. The doctor was very knowledgeable and not judgemental at all. Right after the short but detailed video consultation, Siena Health advised on the charging process and the bundles available for my prescribed medication (Evra Patch). It was even delivered on the same day, within four hours, free of charge! All in all, a very fuss-free experience and affordable too! Thank you Siena Health for saving my reproductive system!!
