NCTF facial was done by Alice who was skilful and gentle. The product used is like a cooling agent on the skin and relaxes the facial tension. The mask has a wonderful fragrance which further put you at ease. I also consulted Dr James Goh who was very detailed in his diagnosis of my skin problems and recommended various options and explained clearly their pros and cons.
