Prices quoted is still quite acceptably (Work doing is to regrout & replace damaged parquet floor due to water seepage, replace damage kitchen ceiling piping box-up due to leakage from upper floor, replace lights (own supply), replace switch (own supply), add on PowerPoint & add on 1 lan point).. answer to most questions but some did not so in the end asking the one liaise with to come and see so we also can clear doubts. Overall the works quite good and skillful workers but dissatisfied is no protection cover and things shifted out to carry out works but did not move back the things.. 1 disappointed part is the tile replace to damaged parquet is not as what mentioned as it is - will find the tile design close to our parquet (the person came site survey on the condition and explain to us before we confirm the job).. so far the skill of work is quite neatly done..

I found them on carousell today afternoon, I really need help with electrician as there is a trip on my mum room. Which I have no idea after resetting the MCB panel. Winway home service sent down his technician (Tasu) at 7pm. They are the saver, we don’t even know that one of the MCB panel was burn. We replace immediately. The admin was very responsive on arrangement of appointment. As we have baby at home, I told them to bring along cover sheet to minimize dust in the house which they did. They requested vacuum to collect drilling dust. We replaced a total of 6 lights around our house and this resulted in holes in the ceiling which they patched with silicon, out of good will. Appreciate their kindness. The electrician, Atik was experienced and completed the job within an hour+. Original appointment was 3-5pm but they notified us of coming early at 11am which works out great for us. Pricing was one of the most reasonable one I have found. Will recommend to my neighbours.

Found via Carousell; dropped a message on a Saturday morning and received a reply shortly after. After asking a few things, I requested for their service to which they wanted to schedule for them to come down that afternoon itself. Unfortunately I was going out so I asked if they could come the following day. So they scheduled for the following day, a Sunday morning. 2 professionals came to help install my wall-mounted pull up bar and convert a single socket to double. They splitted the jobs accordingly for efficiency and their workmanship is solid. I wrongly drilled holes for the pull up bar before hiring them which they helped to cover up without me telling them to. The double socket was provided and included in the costs. Pricing is reasonable. The cost is broken down into visit fee + cost of the works requested. It was especially worth the service since I requested for 2 different works during one visit. Will definitely use their service again.

Service Engineer Rajiv and Murugan performed very good service and was able to change wiring and the light bulb in less that 10 mins.They also explained to us what is this item for and what are they going to do about it. My floor trap have clogged on and off and I approached Winway for unclog. The floor trap is till clog after they unclog and I called Winway again. They always responsive and at my door step within 2 hours. Winway are giving 3 months warranty and price is reasonable as compared to other plumber service. They came within their appointed timing.After finding out the issue, they require another machine to fix it and even though the quotation price is increased, they gave us a discount due to being there before their after work hours. Checked for a few quotes for light repairs, winway Home services seems more reasonably priced. Was waiting for service team during the allocated time but they did not appear. Called to contact liaising in charge, he did managed to response to get his team down within 20 minutes. The service team was fast and efficient. They have make sure the lights fixtures are working. Hidden water pipe rupture. The employee sent here, Samy, is very professional. You can tell if the water pipe is broken by cutting off the water. The most economical way is to install the water pipe outside. They provide one-stop services, including removing the water pipe, installing the water pipe, and buying faucets for you. Installation also included putting back the tiles. Harkin is also very hardworking The service is very professional. Maybe the business is so good that there are some delays in the schedule. The price is transparent and the projects that need to be done are explained clearly one by one. You guys are awesome.
