This has been the second time we engaged D' Maid Agency's service for the sourcing of Indonesian helpers. What we appreciate about Mr Syed Ali's service is on the promptness in responding to our queries as well as the transparency in updating us with regard to the status of the process every step of the way. Given our busy schedule, the regular updates helped to put our minds at ease. From receiving the data containing the helpers' details, to shortlisting of helpers, to online interviews, to finalising of our choice, down to the signing of documents , all were done hassel-free. Mr Syed ensures that he briefed and trained the helpers adequately such that when we fetched our helpers, they already have the mentality that they are here to work as agreed and stipulated in their contracts.
