Thank you Edna for being such a wonderful agent. We had reached out to many agencies last year where many people couldn’t get a helper due to the pandemic situation, Edna was the only one who got back to us within 1-2 days. She didn’t just spammed all resumes to us but she made an effort to understand and made recommendations according to our needs. The helper has been with us for 8 months and Edna remains responsive and helpful whenever we approach her. I've had such a great experience with Laura. She's responsive and went out of her way to assist me during my pregnancy. My first helper turned out to be a dud (it happens and isn't always something an agent/agency can predict) and since I was heavily pregnant and exhausted at the time, I asked Laura to pick her up from my home which she accommodated. The replacement helper Laura found for me has thankfully turned out to be a gem and has been such a blessing to my family. Should I or any of my friends/family require helper(s) in future, I'll be sure to refer them to Laura.

Had a very pleasant experience with EP One (Bukit Timah). While looking for a helper, I sent my enquires to many agencies. What made me decide to work with Ms Laura (from EP One Manpower) was her sincerity, patience and strong follow-up. Excellent service from Anne at the Bukit Timah branch, who helped me to get biodatas from her supplier and gave me first hand viewing of them before they were being published. From time of application to helper entering SG was 2+ weeks - super fast. They were also willing to put up the helper at their place for a few days for free if I couldn't pick the helper up earlier.
