I was not sure about the agency first since my helper decided to go back in 2 days after coming. But I would really recommend the agent, Venesse, who really helped and worked diligently to find a suitable replacement helper for me. She took full responsibility and ownership of a slight mistake at their end, she constantly kept sending me profiles over 2 days, and arranged interviews quickly. Eventually we did find a helper who was with another agent, and for this special case, she even managed to refund majority of the Agency fee that I had paid. Venesse is really pleasant, genuinely trying to help and her language is also very positive and helpful. She really tries to provide quality service and that is really appreciated
