I was served by Zoe from Island Maid. I got to know her through my husband when he was looking for a helper for his parents. I noticed that she was very prompt and helpful. I could tell that she takes clients' requirements seriously and tries to find helpers that match the criteria (not many agencies do that-some agents probably just give u a list of helpers they have on hand). She also gave her opinion and so far it seems to be on-point; quite frankly I do trust her recommendation. So far, we are quite pleased with my parents-in-law helper and now my parents helper.
