I engaged Anita to employ a domestic helper for my elderly grandmother. My grandmother was fearful of getting a helper as she had heard many horror stories . She was hesitant, but we had no choice but to coax her as it was difficult for us to juggle work and provide proper care and support. After much coaxing, we found Anita through Facebook. We went down to meet her for the first time and she was extremely understanding of our needs and what we wanted as well. She found a helper for us within 1 week, and completed the whole process quickly. She was extremely friendly and patient with us, as it was our first time employing a helper. She was there throughout the whole process, every step of the way, explaining and sharing with us. Even after assisting the helper to settle in, she checked in with us every week, which truly gave us the assurance that we truly had engaged a professional. And her aftersales made her earn our trust, wholeheartedly. It has been 1.5 years now and our helper is now like a family member, and a confidant for my grandmother as well. Thank you, Anita!

The standard chartered marathon event by Ironman was fun with wonderful people. The people I met there were friendly and I am happy to meet them to be friends with! Thanks to Jo-an Recruitment I am able to learn and experience new things! 👍

During the standard chartered marathon event , I was working with jo-an recruitment agency , they handled the event smoothly, we were told before hand , when our pay will come in and the schedule that was given out was perfect as usually most of the people working showed up and they had prepared people to be on standby just in case if anyone that had last minute issues or did not turn up.They were very professional in terms of explaining where we would assemble and at what time.There were times where we worked above our time schedule as there were many things to transport as we had to clear the warehouse and they understood us and paid all of us based on the extra hours we worked, the last thing I can say about them is that the staff of jo-an recruitment agency was kind,they gave sufficient information , they were very patient as there were some staff that worked during the event was concern about late pay, but before -hand they actually told us already when we would get our pay, natasha and the other staff of jo-an handled the working staff concerns professionally.
