Someone applied for me a day-pass yesterday (22 Aug 2024) and when I went to the short-term pass office on the left side of the checkpoint, I found out that I have a return an expired photo pass (issued in 2014 and expired in 2016). I have misplaced it and I cannot be issued any pass unless I return it or has to make a police report. So I went to Clementi E-Kiosk Police Post to make one and return to the Long-Term Pass office which is on the right side of the check-point. Waited for more than an hour. So I had to submit my police report and paid $30 (only by nets) for the lost pass before I can be issued a temporary pass (which will expiry after 2 weeks). And I need not have to return it. The $30 is more of a fine since I was issued a long term pass (which expired and has to be returned).

There are 2 separate places for getting a temporary pass and long term pass. Both places are within walking distance, but can be driven to and both places do not charge for parking. Be prepared for a long wait depending on what time you arrive.
