I were looking for a helper before I give birth. This is my 1st time hiring helper for taking care of newborn baby. I choose Steve with a lot of good reviews to assist me in search of my first helper. Steve is very patient and go the extra mile especially he understands how important the helper is and very attentive to the criteria that helper needs to possess to take care new born baby for a single working mother. Steve is very helpful and prompt in his replies. He helped me a lot during hiring process. We had watsapp video interviews with few candidates. During the video interviews, Steve helped me ask the key questions and I monitored their responses until i got a suitable helper. Really appreciate Steve’s assistance and professionalism. Giving a 5 star to Steve from Tampines Branch. About 5 years ago, I was looking for a helper before I gave birth and came across Nation Maid Agency, back then they were at Hougang. Met Steve who assisted me in the search and finalized my first helper from PH that time. I liked how Steve helped me with the search and matching of profiles to my requirement. After we shortlisted down to 2, he gave me his feedback on the 2 profiles I'd shortlisted. And heeded his advice and went with my 2nd choice. Things turned out really well at the start and I've to say Steve has an eye for character. Fast forward 4 years later, my previous helper had changed and we decided to let her go. And I was back on my search again. This time I went back to Steve again and sought Indo/burmese profiles. Decided on Indo in the end, shortlisted 3 profiles and had whatsapp video interviews with 2 of the 3. During the video interviews, Steve helped me to set the tone right with my prospective helpers and asked a few key questions. Likewise, I wanted to go with my 1st choice but heeded Steve's advice to go with my 2nd choice. Turns out, his advice was accurate and my current helper has been with us for over 6 months, and is a gem to our family. With the new MOM interview process for new helpers in place, Steve also made sure to follow up with me regarding helper's wellbeing as well as checking her fit to our family's needs, especially when we have 2 young ones. I've went to a few agencies before meeting Steve and trust me when I say this - he is the most responsive (except when he's on annual leave), even then, before he went on his leave, he handed my case over to his colleague so he made sure the helper pick-up process was all smooth. Really thankful for Steve all these years and he's someone I trust in hiring helpers, and someone that I've also recommended to my friends and family because of his service standards. Giving overall 4 star review due to good recovery from Nation Maid, after they disappointed us with a major admin hiccup. ... There were some admin hiccups initially where there was double-booking of a maid, which caused us some distress as we could not get the maid we wanted. Nation Maid agency then re-assigned a manager Shirlene to directly handle our case, and she was a problem solver and arranged for a good replacement MDW and provided good support to us along the way. We are satisfied with the service Shirlene provided.
