We got a Myanmar helper and had been 6 months now. She has great attitude and definitely a great help to my family, she also look after my 4 years old daughter. Cook good food as well. Thanks to Spring Helper that help us filter find the helper, so we can just pick the one that suits us.

I was helping my mom get a helper after her fall and it's our very first time getting one..so I'm totally clueless. Jean walked me through the entire process patiently, offered good advice and was very transparent with the costs. To be frank, I had spoken to several other maid agencies before talking to Spring Helper and Jean's service really stood out from all the rest. She didn't push her own agenda on me like what other agencies did but just offered me clear information, options and advice for me to make a decision. Jean was extremely helpful, informative and responsive. When a shortlisted helper was not really performing up to par during training in her home country, Spring actually informed us about it, and told us to reconsider the shortlisted helper, instead of just letting us proceed with securing the helper.
Spring was also willing to share part of the stay-home-notice costs for the helper with us, instead of letting the employer bear all the costs, as per other agencies. They seem to be the only ones that I know of that are doing that.
When another shortlisted helper showed signs of unwillingness to care for newborn baby (we had one on the way, which explained the need to secure a helper urgently), they also prioritised us and helped us search and secure another helper with experience caring for newborns.
Our helper has now been with us for almost a month, and has been really proactive and helpful, especially in the first week when we brought the baby home from the hospital. She has been working well with the nanny as well.
