From my experience, since I have been engaging Taqua's services since 2013, everything was smooth sailing. In fact when I took a transfer maid in November 2023, she was the one who advised me and when the maid wanted to go back urgently due to health reasons, she took the trouble to expediate everything for me, from the plane tickets to getting me another transfer maid. She has been the pillar of Taqua and credit should be given to her for her care and concern for all her maids and employer's needs.

Taqua is one of the most reliable employment agency. Although I did not manage to employ a helper, Taqua have promptly refund all unutilised fund that was paid to process for the helper. Definately Trustworthy.
