I am extremely disappointed with the services provided. Firstly, I came in fully believing there was a promotion for an extra free hour, as advertised on your website and TikTok. However, the staff casually dismissed it as a "typo," almost as if it was my fault for believing it. Even after messaging the staff to reconfirm, they reiterated it was a typo. Despite this, I decided not to let it ruin my mood and proceeded to the room, only to discover that the sofa was broken. Adding to the frustration, I planned to connect my laptop to the projector, and your website clearly states that an HDMI cable could be requested. But when I asked, the staff said they couldn’t provide one. Finally, before leaving, I informed the staff about the broken sofa, and their response was a dismissive "Oh, okay." I booked the room at Rochor, and this will undoubtedly be my first and last time here. I’ve been to another similar private room service before, and the difference in the quality of services and amenities was like night and day. edit: The manager reached out to address the issue and handled the situation professionally and with understanding. They also offered a complimentary 3-hour session as a gesture to make up for the experience. Thank you, I truly appreciate it and look forward to our next booking!

The place is clean and comfortable. The free decoration is also really pretty and well put. Thanks to dear Vanessa, we managed to pull of a birthday surprise and she was also very helpful with the things that we asked her for. Overall, worth it!

I recently hit up the Best Movie Place, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! From the get-go, the vibes were off the charts. The staff? Oh man, they were on fire! Super friendly, super helpful – they made sure we were living our best movie-watching lives. The place itself? Talk about swanky! The seats were comfier than a cloud, and the audio-visual setup? Straight-up mind-blowing. Every explosion, every whisper, felt like it was happening right there in the theater. And let’s talk concessions. I thought I’d have to wait forever, but nah, those guys were lightning-fast. I grabbed my snacks and drinks quicker than you can say “popcorn.”

We expected free snacks and drinks as promised on their website, but unfortunately, it didn't apply to this outlet, which felt misleading. The walls were thin, and we constantly heard people walking around since our room was near the entrance. Additionally, the projector had a dark, discolored red spot.

Went to HOP for a couple of times now and staff have been friendly. Their responses are pretty fast over WhatsApp. There’s quite a number of sockets for you to charge your phone/laptop and you can even bring your own food in. Sound system was decent and there’s toilet too. If you’re bored of watching shows, you can also pick up some board games at the entrance area.
