The experience was exquisite and most memorable, and they made it happen despite the pandemic. Honestly, just months ago, we almost gave up on having an ideal wedding in light of the pandemic. However, with the assistance of Shaikh and his team who accommodated to our requests, and who tirelessly worked hard in preparation for the occasion, the event was successfully transformed into an exclusive wedding that is truly one to remember for many years to come. Attended a wedding function here. Park at Katong Square then head down the mall and out into the foyer. You will see Baba Chews Pub & Cafe when you enter the door. Take the stairs or lift to level 2 and you'll reach the ballroom. The place and decor is beautiful. Was told the venue rental alone was in the five figure range.

Deciding to hold our wedding at The Ballroom Singapore was definitely worth it. We would like to share that about 2 weeks before our wedding, we actually changed the table setting to buffet setting. It was actually quite last minute however Mr Qamal & team walked us through the buffet menus options & also assured us that it would be a smooth buffet setting flow. And Alhamdullilah, it was indeed a smooth buffet flow during our wedding reception. We have received a lot of positive feedback from our guests regarding the variety of food and also palatable food displayed throughout the buffet setting. Not forgetting our accomodating Emcee, Mr Imran, for his professionalism and quick-thinking actions. Thank you so much Mr Imran. All of our guests were pleased with all the entertainment given by you. We chose The Ballroom because of the affordable all-inclusive package and the atmosphere of the venue. and it was one of the best decision my husband and I made, the decorations all are so perfect! I thought the previous deco was nice but the new one was even more beautiful, it brightens up the whole place and suited with our wedding attires! To be honest, we never thought of having a dream wedding but you guys made it a dreamy one for us! The Mutton Biryani was so amazing! I don't usually like mutton cause of the "muttony" taste but your mutton biryani doesn't have that and the meat was so tender as well! The Ayam Masak Merah was really good too, I finished my serving and I was looking for more 😅 Overall, everything was excellent but it would have been perfect if not due to Covid-19! He was very good with following my itinerary and always reminding me of the time and keeping cool. The team was professional in handling situations, there was last minute changes to the guest list. The reason why we chose The Ballroom for our big day. Firstly of the posh and classy interior as my cousin did her wedding at the same place. I immediately fell in love with the place! The crew was very attentive to the people attending the wedding. And the food was splendid! Everything was organised and the course by course meal was an awesome choice. He went an extra mile for us just to ensure we are not pressured and stress about anything. Engaging the Ballroom SG: I came across the posting regarding The Ballroom SG on Facebook ads (the one with Sujimy). Did a little research on the past clients' reviews and agreed to go for a quick "site tour". Fazil was very welcoming, he showed us around and he didn't even pressure us to sign up for the packages. We told him our budget and our concerns, he went the extra mile and gave us advice and what can be done etc. We felt how sincere he was and decided to sign up with the Ballroom SG on the 2nd site tour appointment where we came here with our parents. Food & Services at the Ballroom SG: Although we didn't get to eat the food at the venue itself due to our packed itinerary, the Ballroom SG was kind enough to pack it for us(without us asking). It was A M A Z I N G! The beef was so tender, the rice and dalcha were flavourful. Even weeks after the event, our family members raved about how delicious the food was and how they love the "atas" or "ala-ala" fine dining ambience. The crew staffs are also very helpful and attentive to our guest's needs. Also, the admin is always prompt in replying to our never-ending questions too! To add on, we have no regrets in opting in for their DJ services, Mas Emran was so professional and adaptive to our requests. Oh, and I love how he took the initiative to add more songs to our short playlist(of course he did inform us too). Thank you Mas Emran! Lastly, from the bottom of our hearts.. thank you team the Ballroom SG for making our wedding a memorable one despite holding our wedding amid this pandemic.

First and Foremost, Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah that everything on my big day went well. The Ballroom Singapore played a big part on my Big Day. This is the first wedding venue we approached. After looking at the packages, the wedding venue, and even the food tasting, my parents and I knew we had to secure the place as soon as possible. My parents and I instantly fell in love with the place. a Abang Sheikh was the one that we liaised. A humble man who helped me a lot personally through the journey of planning. My partner and I were actually in the middle of settling our new house. Renovations, furniture and home essentials while also looking around for venues to hold our big day. It was stressful but, Abang Sheikh and team made it easier for us. I was so glad that we took The Ballroom Singapore because everything was so simple for us. Abang Sheikh always keeps us in the loop. He gave us pieces of advice on the food options because they have a widespread of choices! One amazing thing that I love about The Ballroom Singapore is because everything is inclusive in the package. When I said everything, I meant EVERYTHING! Firstly, the venue. Gosh. I don’t know how much more can I elaborate on this. It’s grand yet, give this soft and intimate feeling where you would love to be with your families and friends. Secondly is the food. With a wide spread of food and the choices we have, you don’t have to worry. I received so many positive feedbacks regarding the food from my friends and families. Thirdly, they even offer wedding favours. The brownies packed in nice and “atas” boxes, which let your guest know that they are being appreciated just by coming for our big day. Lastly is the design of our wedding cards. The design team did an amazing job! It was simple, yet sleek. I love it so much! The food was great! Everyone loved the Briyani Dhum. The atmosphere and ambience were great too. I chose to have my Big Day at The Ballroom Singapore because of the package, which consists of the food, decor, service, hotel (which was a bit sad but understandable due to COVID). I initially chose The Ballroom after chancing on one of the interviews that was published on Facebook. Tbh the pricing was the main factor I decided to do a site tour. And the rest was history. Totally no regrets on the decision made. Alhamdulillah many of my guests had feedbacked on the delicious spread served by their ever engaging and friendly staff. As for the pengantin ourselves, we definitely felt like the “raja sehari” with the great service from the staff. Not forgetting Mas Imran who was a very professional and engaging emcee. I would totally recommend to anyone who is considering getting him. Last but not least, the main organising body. From day one, Fazil and Shaikh have been very detailed with the explanation of packages. And I am utterly pleased with the way Shaikh managed the postponement of my event due to covid. He gave me more than ample time to decide on when best to hold my event, understanding the problems I faced leading up to it. The other organising members of the committee were also very accomodating to our last minute requests and I really appreciate that they have never been fussy with our wants/needs. Overall, good food and ambience. I would easily say hotel standard (food, venue, decor, staff, eveything in fact!) and well worth the price of packages. One of the main reason why I chose The Ballroom was because my late mum loved the venue and wanted one of her daughters to hold their wedding here. When I first came down to visit the venue, I was sold. The venue, decor and all were to our liking! I love how every decision can be made via WhatsApp and all our queries were answered almost immediately! We had feedback from our guests that the food was amazing! Initially, we thought of doing a simple wedding in the CC or a hotel as we planned to do Nikah/reception together. But when we went to the wedding festival at the Expo in 2019, that was when we discovered The Ballroom SG! We fell in love with the place instantly. The services and food are all in-house. It saves us the trouble of hiring a wedding planner. The place itself feels high end. The Ballroom SG listened to our requests and gave useful tips to meet our needs. Due to Covid-19, there were a lot of restrictions that left us panicking. However, The Ballroom SG was calm and adapted to the changes quickly. They assured us that the wedding can still go on with the required measures in place and walked us through the steps needed. The Emcee and the staff at The Ballroom did a wonderful job in ensuring the wedding was going as smoothly as possible. Salam... So why did I choose The Ballroom? Firstly the price! It suits my budget... and I think it's worth the money that I spent. The event space decoration is great. A lot of my guests told me that the staff is really great and friendly. The food was really excellent! Food was served hot and the, of course, sedap lah! This one is from me and my guests! We were recommended by a relative who mentioned she attended a wedding here & the food was great. After which we made an appointment to find out more. Prior to our appointment, we found The Ballroom SG on Instagram and loved the pictures and menu that they offer. During the 1st meeting with The Ballroom SG, we met Fazil and were impressed with how beautiful and classic the decor of the venue is as well as the extensive services that they had, hence we placed our deposit straight away. A WhatsApp group was created and communication was seamless, whenever we had any questions, they would always be answered promptly. We were also allowed to come down at any time to try out the TVs and audio. The Ballroom was really accommodating and accede to all of our requests. During our last meeting before our big day, we met Qamal who was extremely detailed and honest, he gave a big picture of what was going to happen during our big day and made some suggestions, we were confident in his suggestions and made the final payment. Our wedding received the highest compliments from our guests, they loved the decor, food and service. Everyone was complimenting the putu piring, mutton dhum briyani, ayam masak merah & the pulut hitam. We made no mistake choosing The Ballroom as our wedding venue. Thank you The Ballroom SG!

As our wedding was a last minute planning, me and my wife source for the affordable package in social media platforms and we came across an ad with The Ballroom Singapore. Initially, we would like to choose the dine in package but due to covid-19 and uncertainty, we opt for the nikah package as stated in the advertisement. We were consulted by Fazil, which taught us the processes of the marriage and what do we need to do next. He is also honest about the packages and planning to newly weds due to financial issues and worries. The Ballroom Singapore team goes to another level by helping us to find the Kadi which is available on our wedding day and alhamdulillah everything went smooth from then on. The check in process was quite short which is 15 mins before the wedding time as due to safety measures, and we do need to hurried the guests to be seated, but the team managed to usher the guests to their seats and a fast safe entry check in. The feedbacks from the guests is that the biryani was generous with a big portion, and one of the best biryani we ever had. 10/10 would recommend this to my friends and colleagues who is getting married in future. Inshallah~ 👍 I would like to thank The Ballroom Singapore and the team for making it a memorable day to remember. ❤️

We fell in love at first sight with The Ballroom Singapore the moment we saw how convenient it is for the wheelchair-bound people and elderly to access the beautiful event space, as a majority of our guests are elderly. Moreover, it provided a very comfortable and accommodative praying space for both genders. The posts and video reviews on its official Instagram account also provided a very clear visual representation of how our wedding will take place, and that gave us a lot of assurance regarding the smoothness of the whole event flow. Other than comfort and accessibility, catering and social distancing restrictions were also on our list of concerns. However, The Ballroom Sg reputation on food was beyond par and also SDM was handled gracefully and respectfully for both guests and the couple, as a covid wedding has a lot of stress and restrictions that many of us are still unaware and not clear with. But the constant guidelines that were delivered respectfully throughout the event helped a lot. Finally, we would not choose any other than The Ballroom Sg as it addressed all of our concerns and preferences fuss-free, MasyaAllah. We would recommend other couples to choose The Ballroom Sg for their Covid wedding and beyond. Alhamdulillah.. so far as I can see that you are very open-minded with any kind of budget for a wedding. You are a very experienced person when giving suggestions on the itinerary and even the foods. All of our relatives keep praising the venue has a very good ambient and foods are great.. especially the live station with all the Kambing golek. About the precautionary measures, since it was really last minute, you even gave us options and suggestions of not overspending over extra manpower just to mend the screener counter. Additionally, you were even kind enough to provide free of charge limousine ride for both side parents just to go to The Ballroom and went through all out to source for Cheng Teng for the dessert as requested by my husband. Overall we were really2 blessed to have you and your team to prepare the event. 13 March 2020

Your customer service to us is the best! You liaise with us promptly and answer all our questions patiently. Your service staff is fast and provides us with good service too. Your dalcha is very nice, not stingy. Even the tea is nice, tak kelat. Ayam masak merah also very sedap. Overall, food semua best! Your desserts as well are tip-top too. Had my nikah here on the 4th of July. The whole experience was amazing from the start. We started our discussion during the circuit breaker period. One thing that stood out when I first met Shaikh was that he was very accomodating to my requests and helpful in my queries regarding the rules for Phase 1 & 2. The set-up of the place is awesome. It really feels like a hotel setting. Might even be better! The layout is very modern, very clean,very comtemporary-styled and very spacious(probably 200-300 pax in one sitting). Buffet couldn't be served to my 18 guests because of Phase 2 but the guests were still impressed by the quantity and quality of the food. It made it feel like they came for a big wedding! Booking the venue for a small intimate nikah/wedding is relatively less costly compared to inviting 300 guests, which I had originally planned for elsewhere 😂. The value that the place and the team brings though, far outweighs the amount that I had spent. No doubt on my mind, for a normal pre-covid wedding or a 20 pax wedding, this is the place where you will want to hold your big event! If I could do so, out of a rating of 10, I will give this experience and place an 11!🤩 Thank you, Farhan and Steffany

Being responsive is far from becoming an issue. As soon as we stepped into the ballroom, both me and my wife look at each other and we knew, "this is it". Honestly, we've been receeing a couple of places such as in the middle of a jetty or an upscale restaurant for the reception. But this place was perfect. It gives off that class vibe while having a humble pricing. Amidst of all the chaos of planning, the staff went over an beyond into reassuring us of the liquidity of the events - and they delivered, big time. Food wise, in all honesty, i couldn't taste it properly due to the wedding jitters. But i remember my guest, especially more the picky ones, saying that the food was fabulous. My mother and my wife's family even tried so hard to get some to go. I must also point out that, the food was being emphasized alot during the discussion, was said that it the main focus of the place besides the beautiful decor. Was sceptical of it as they don't have a regular tasting session, but man did they deliver. 100% would reccomend this place to my circle. Price friendly, magnificent decor, hearty service and food that matches the beauty of the venue.

The ballroom you referred to is located at east coast rd. It's easy parking, the ballroom itself is well lighted and beautiful. The tables and chairs seem to be new and we'll spaced. The arrangement was good and we managed to move easily without sqweesing ourselves to move. The food was well cooked and delicious.

EXCELLENT super classical ambience...Love the lightning setting ..The food is icing of the cake..Briyani was Fu yoh, real Dam Briyani.... the rest of the menu was marvellous, seriously delicious..the roster leg lamb was fu yohhh. Went to the The Ballroom Singapore @ The Warung to attend a wedding invitation. The place is cosy and big enough to have at least 20 round tables of ten seats. Fully air-condition with spacious male and female toilets. Also a prayer room for guests to pray.

This Ballroom is on level 2 of a standalone building. Lovely ambience, attended a solemnization here. V private and elegant place. Definitely suitable for the small post Covid weddings hosted nowadays. No actual parking for lorries here, we had to park at the loading bay of Katong Complex, quite a distance away.
