My wife and I are overseas Singaporeans and we engaged I Do For You (IDFY) to help us with our weddings (yes, we had two!). Looking back, it might have been one of our best decisions. Steffie and her team gained our trust quickly as they displayed an immaculate attention to detail from start to finish. They listened attentively to us and made sure our vision for our wedding was realized as closely as possible. Initially, we were thinking about having a beach wedding, but we later decided to pivot to something more wet weather-friendly. The folks at IDFY accommodated this change without hesitation and immediately began searching for alternative venues in Singapore. We eventually settled on two great locations which fitted our needs perfectly. IDFY also connected us with vendors who were able to channel the vibe we were going for (something a little Wong Kar Wai-esque). Our photographer, videographer, DJ, makeup artist, and venue managers all wound up playing their parts exactly as we hoped. Like conductors to an orchestra, Steffie and her team took the lead. What made the biggest difference was that the IDFY team took care of everything behind the scenes during our key moments. This meant that my wife and I didn't have to worry about nitty-gritty details and could be fully present with those in attendance. I never felt the need to tell others what to do, because Steffie would already know what we want and automatically be on it! I'm glad we engaged IDFY for their services, despite the advice we got from others not to hire a wedding planner. It was a huge load off our backs and it saved us plenty of frustration. Professional wedding planning might not be the most budget-friendly option, but I find it to be worth the money for people who want to keep their anxieties about getting married down to a minimum. If you're looking for a wedding planner, look no further! If you're still a little unsure, I recommend speaking with these folks at least before making a decision.

We had engaged IDFY for our solemnisation planning, decor and coordination. I would like to thank Steffi and her team (Kerenza and Lei) for their utmost professionalism, transparency and clear communication which resulted in the success of our event without any hiccups. Overall the engagement was good and they were super responsive to all our questions and doubts in the months prior and it seemed like we were more chill as compared to them. You are in good hands! My wife and I hired Steffie and her team for our wedding in October this year. Honestly, we could not have made a better choice. From the start, Steffie just made us feel like she understood what we wanted and she did everything she could to make our dream wedding come true. I was pleasantly surprised to see everything we wanted for our wedding actually blossom into reality. And on the actual day itself, wow. Every single thing went according to plan and my wife and I just felt so at ease throughout the whole day. It really allowed us to enjoy our special day and I am so so grateful for it. Very pleasant experience working with Steffie and her team throughout the planning of our wedding reception. We are an international couple and had a very precise idea of what we wanted to achieve in a very unique (and extremely remote) location, where everything needed to be hand carried and setup from the ground up. It was a huge logistical challenge (no road access) and looking at the task in front us, we decided hired Steffie and the I do for you team ~ 4-5 weeks before the event. They greatly delivered their scope by coordinating between all the contractors we had selected but also helped with the overall setup and certainly broke some sweat! Thanks for that, You were a part of a very successful day ! Steffie and her team are not afraid to go the extra mile, able to keep their calm in the storm and had a very good understanding of coordination and service in general. Add to this Steffie’s experience working abroad and you get a sharp all rounded team which can help transform a vision into reality. Thanks guys!

I engaged the services of IDFY for a proposal. Lei and Kerenza were the planners assigned to my event. They were really helpful and provided me with options that really catered to my preferences. They even extended their help to do site visits at the prospected area of the proposal. Even though it was really far inside of Sentosa, they agreed to meet with me there at a timing of my convenience. During the planning stage, they provided very useful insights to the whole plan. Their ideas really value-added to the discussion and we were able to come up with a plan which included a wet-weather plan. They even managed to get the videographer to come down to meet us to provide his professional opinion on the area to make sure the spot would be suitable for a set-up. They provided me with timely updates regarding the vendors and also the logistics. The planning was done smoothly, and it was truly a joy to work with Lei and Kerenza. On top of their attention-to-detail in planning, they were also able to successfully execute the event smoothly. Despite the large number of people attending the proposal, they managed to coordinate and hide my guests in the appropriate places. I gave them the freedom to coordinate my guests and I left it to them to execute. I was not disappointed and was in fact impressed that everything was done to perfection. The large number of people did not seem to be a problem for them. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to engage them for events, big or small. 10/10!

Engaged idoforyou for actual day coordination because they were more affordable compared to other planners and they did not disappoint at all!! Lei, Pek Sia and Charmaine were there throughout our whole day of activities from the morning tea ceremony, photo shoots, lunch and dinner, as my hands and feet to execute anything we need them for. If you’re considering a planner/coordinator they are definitely a must have especially if you’re not having any bridesmaids or groomsmen!
